    Defective camera
    After receiving phone I discovered the camera was defective. I requested a replacement and my Amazon account showed that this replacement was in process after a week I checked my account trying to see when I would get my replacement and discovered that the seller canceled my request without replacing my phone. I called Amazon and all they are having me do is mail my new phone phone back for a refund, not happy about this because of all the inconvenience of being without a phone

    Buying refurbished or renewed? Beware.
    I try to exercise discernment when buying products of any kind.For example, car defects out of the factory, as opposed to a potentially sneaking car salesman neglecting to tell me about the transmission slipping. You won’t know until you drive it.This phone looks great, functions well but the battery has a false bottom, and probably from water damage. It dies between the 10-20% threshold. Buyer beware.

    Has issues
    Bought this for my dad for Christmas. He’s older and has never had an iPhone so I was excited for him to finally experience it because I hate his green android text messages. Lol. Unfortunately when we got everything switched over, the phone had lots of issues. He can’t hear on a phone call unless he puts the phone on speaker. The ear speaker has an issue and even with volume all the way up you can barely hear. Also, sometimes his calls work great, but other times the person on the other end says they can barely hear him. It’s very frustrating. I might as well have bought new because I still paid a fair amount for this phone that doesn’t fully work. Of course he is an old man and doesn’t want to bother with switching phones again so he won’t let me return. Was really looking forward to this, but definitely won’t buy refurbished again.

    Pantalla no Funciona!!!
    Acabo de recibir el celular y la pantalla no funciona correctamente, se congela, no se ven lo videos, no despliega el teclado en las applicaciones, tengo que apagarlo y prenderlo para acceder al telefono, al buscar una solucion me aparece un mensaje avisando que la pantalla no es original o esta mal instalada, ya se hizo la peticion de reemplazo al vendedor, estoy esperando que llegue el nuevo equipo, por el momento esta es la calificacion que le doy, la cambiare cuando llegue el reemplazo, por el momento no estoy satisfecho con la compra ya que el motivo de haberlo adquirido es por que mi celular anterior dejo de funcionar. Recibi el segundo celular es peores condiciones que el primero, el problema sigue siendo la pantalla, hare la devoulcion del producto, es mejor comprar uno nuevo, he aprendio la leccion.

    Activated with T-Mobile and it was reported stolen on December 31 2021. Bought it in November! Was a gift for my 13 year old daughter for Christmas.
