I was a little skeptical and hesitant about purchasing this iPhone 11 pro because of the bad reviews. But I really needed to upgrade to a larger memory space that didnât break the bank too much. I picked the good refurbished phone, and received an excellent quality iPhone instead. No scratches, no visible cosmetic issues (outside of a very microscopic stain maybe). What I appreciate the most is the battery being at 100% maximum capacityð¥³!!! I was amazed and Iâm glad I picked this Iphone, and seller!!! Thank you!!!

Update: Company was totally unhelpful. Just repeatedly sent me same generalized message and didnt offer any help.âââââââââââââPhone looked ok on outside but didnt come with original charger, worst thing of all it had the weirdest problem, without having fallen or gotten water on it, it just randomly went crazy and then shut down, then started getting hot (was night, not hot, not charging, just grabbed it and it immediately screen went crazy) then it stopped working completely. Wont charge, wont connect to a computer, wont work at all. I contacted company and will update review according to their response. Im out of town so I couldnt contact them, especially without a phone and of course its now literally a couple days after the 90 days they offer. Ive never had a phone stop working like this.

Llego con estética de 10, la baterÃa marca al 83% el único problema fue las bocinas que sonaban voladas debido a suciedad (eso espero, hasta el momento esta bien) cargador y cable genérico, bien empaquetado

Compramos el telefono en Enero y para Agosto presento fallas en la bateria, brincaba de 90 a 10% luego al 1% y despues al 30% y asi sucesivamente. Inclusive el telefono decia que no reconocia la bateria. Reclamamos la garantia de amazon assurant y despues de 3 semanas de alegatas donde ellos decian que no cubria la bateria (cuando claramente en la poliza decia que si) nos lo “repararon” y lo enviaron de vuelta. El problema es, que no repararon nada! Estaba igual a como lo enviamos! Reclamamos de nuevo la garantia assurant, inclusive lo escalaron con sus jefes me parece (venian nombres en el cc del correo) y se los enviamos de nuevo. Pasaron otras 3 semanas y lo que dijeron fue “es irreparable, ahi le va el dinero menos el deducible”. Dolor de cabeza intenso y perdida de tiempo. No vuelvo a comprar un iphone por aqui y menos la garantia assurant de amazon
