Won my Heart
First can we all stop and marvel at this lovely green?!?! Yessss, Iâm that type. I buy based off looks first then I look at the functionality next. Overall Iâm pleased with the used phone, oops I meant refurbished. Haha. Screen works, doesnât overheat, battery life is excellent, absolutely no scratches or dents and drops. Very pleased. Works like a new iPhone.

Phone Restarts Every 10 Min or Less
It worked fine until the return was available. Restarts every 10 min or less. It must be an issue with the battery because it says it has no battery (even though itâs fully charged) then shuts off. POS. Donât purchase. Spent $390 for nothing.

Phone appearance is good, battery capacity not so good …
The iPhone 11 Pro (midnight green color) arrived in good packaging. The appearance is also good with no visible scratches or damage to the screen or case. However, when I checked the battery, it shows that the max. battery capacity is only 92% (as compared to 100% new). While it’s understandable that a “renewed” phone will have deficiencies, it’s disappointing that the capacity is lower than expected.

Slightly lower battery capacity but works great!
I expected slightly lower battery life (this one came at 86%) so happy with refurbished 11 pro w/ AT&T carrier. Some tiny scratches at the top of the phone and came with a tempered glass screen protector. Overall no complaints a few days in.

Bad quality
Didnât even care to replace the broken battery or screen it broke not even a day after getting delivered went to Apple to find out that you did a background check and you knew there were broken pieces to the phone. But still didnât care to replace it.
