I have purchased refurb phones from Amazon in the past, but never a âcertified renewedâ. Note, the QR code for the âAmazon renewed certificateâ in the box (see top right of photo) took me to a non-working website, which is a little disconcerting.Bought this renewed premium iPhone13 Pro 256GB after carefully researching various sellers. I selected a couple that I would purchase from, thoroughly checked out the sellerâs reviews (Amazon being one of them) and watched for the model, color, and storage capacities I was willing to purchase from a seller with which I was comfortable. When this renewed phone from Amazon (as the seller) came up, I purchased it immediately.Iâm very happy with the purchase. Phone quality was excellent. No issues with connectivity, setup, sound quality or charging ability. There were no visible scratches, and the battery shows to be at 99% capacity. It works flawlessly. It came with a non-Apple charging cord, but it seems to work just fine.I did note some kind of glue-type residue around the edges of the camera lenses, which I cleaned off with the moist cleaning wipe that came with the glass screen protector I purchased to fit on the phone. At present, it doesnât appear to have affected anything operationally.Great value! Iâm extremely happy with my purchase and got a trade in credit. I saved a couple hundred off the official manufacturerâs site for a certified refurb phone. Will update if anything changes!

I am so impressed with this renewed premium iPhone 13 Pro. It has a classy pine green color and is so clean with no defects at all. It even has 100% battery life! I couldn’t believe my luck. I got it at half its original price and it even came with a one-month free trial of Amazon Prime. It was also delivered earlier than expected. Thank you so much, Amazon!

Use for 9 days, it functions good and no scratches on hand but few noticeable scratches in the edges battery 93 but drops to 92 after 4 days

This was a major pain and a waste of time
It took a couple weeks to realize that this phone is not fully functional. It kept disconnecting from the cellular network. Finally after over 20 hours with in-store and online tech support (which is terrible for Amazon), I was told that the internal antenna is not functioning properly.Then started the rerun process. It canât be just dropped at the UPS store. It has to be picked up and Amazon will not provide the label. The UPS driver has to bring it. I waited three days of my work time – had to take time off and wait for the UPS. On first day the didnât show up at all, on second day the driver didnât have the label and third time they finally picked it up. Thankfully the driver let me take the photos of the package, otherwise I would not have the receipt and without have any proof if the package would get lost.Next step – a month to get the money back. Had to waste more time to call and message because they thought that somehow I bought two of these and already returned one of them. A few more conversations and A LOT of my wasted time, I finally got it sorted out and got a refund. Never again, Iâd buy a phone from Amazon.If I could give -5 stars, for this experience, I would.

Review for 13 pro ârenewed PREMIUM âPhone seems to be totally functional, is cosmetically in great condition, no visible damage. My only complaint is that the battery is not new. I received it with 91% maximum capacity battery health. You actually pay extra for that âpremiumâ condition to receive one above 90%. . You are not told if the phone has any replacement parts or if it has been repaired. I think this should be transparent. I feel at ease because of the generous 1 year window to return or replace. I havenât read the fine print but I believe outside of physical damage you caused to the phone, you can exchange or return it if any problems arise. I feel like the screen isnât as responsive and precise to touch and that the speaker is very quiet. My boyfriend has commented to me that he cannot hear me as well when I am using speakerphone to call him since I got the new phone.As far as the model I donât see a gigantic difference between one and the 11 model. The battery might last slightly longer and the camera has better zoom capabilities. I think that the max brightness of the screen is a little brighter. The price I paid is very comparable and competitive with the big sites that sell refurbished phones. Definitely cheaper than Apple of course but when you buy their refurbished phones you get a new battery and guarantee it has all Apple parts.

Purchased the 13 pro 256 GB Silver. Came in perfect condition – no dents nor scratches and battery was 100%. Practically bought a new phone. Big thanks to whoever was taking care of it before me and I will continue to do the same. Big thanks to the seller as well from a pleased customer 🙂

HabÃa leÃdo varias opiniones y la mayorÃa parecÃa estar conforme con el equipo, y en otras el punto principal era la baterÃa, asà que al final me arriesgue a adquirir el equipo, llegó en el dÃa que estaba la fecha, en efecto viene en una caja que dice Amazon renewed y bien sellada y cubierta en ese aspecto no tuve ninguna queja, al abrir la caja y revisar el equipo me di cuenta que no tenÃa ningún defecto estaba todo muy bien tratado, no rayones ni en el cristal ni en los costados ni en la cámara, asà que quede sorprendido, pase a realizar la transferencia de información de mi iPhone anterior era una versión 8 y la compatibilidad fue completa, solo las apps de los bancos tuve que hacer el registro, todo lo demás fotos, audios y chats se pasó transparente, al entrar al apartado de la baterÃa me fijé que este equipo estaba al 100 en esa parte lo cual me súper sorprendió, y quedé completamente satisfecho con esta compra y desde mi experiencia la recomiendo completamente !!!

Compré este teléfono hace más o menos 30 dÃas y estoy muy contenta!Como primera observación querÃa comentar que hice una primera compra y el teléfono nunca llegó, se perdió el paquete o lo robaron, difÃcil saber. Pero me comuniqué directo a Amazon y me reembolsaron sin ningún problema. Me arriesgué a pedirlo nuevamente y esta vez llegó en el tiempo prometido.Viene en una cajita de Amazon renewed, el teléfono protegido con una mica provisional y cargador genérico nuevo. En teorÃa viene el ganchito removedor de SIM, pero no estaba en el paquete.En estética está casi perfecto, solo tiene una pequeña manchita en la parte trasera casi imperceptible, la pantalla sin rayones, no tiene golpes visibles.En cuanto a la baterÃa me llegó con el 93%, y en dos semanas de uso bajó al 91%, no sé si le di un uso incorrecto, pero cuido de las recomendaciones y ya se ha mantenido asÃ. Me hubiera encantado que llegara con mayor vida, pero igual está dentro del rango que promete la descripción.En cuanto a las cámaras por el momento todo OK, funcionan muy bien y la verdad si se siente el brinco a un iPhone Pro al ver la calidad de las imágenes.Seguiré probando y cualquier cosa extraña haré una actualización.
