Happy with Purchase
The phone looked new no scratches, dents, etc. Works good so far and I’m happy that it has the 1yr protection plan with Amazon since it was costly to be a used purchase. Everything works and the battery life was at 92%. I had no issues setting up service with cellular company, it was fully locked. I am pleased with the purchase and so is my daughter who the purchase was for.

Amazing color
I was skeptical because it was renewed premium but when I received it I was shocked because it looked really good almost new just without the original packaging which is not an issue but yeah really worth the money and would recommend it if you have a phone that needs to be replaced since the reason for me to buy it was because I needed more battery since I use it more but thankfully mine came with 100 percent battery life which is good

Touch screen didn’t work
The phone showed up quickly but when I took it out of the box the screen wouldn’t register when I clicked a button. It read the button out loud to me but wouldn’t select it. I couldn’t even get through to the settings or shut the phone down. Total waste and then my return option was only to have UPS pickup in 3 days and wait for the refund on my card in a week but I have to buy a new one while I wait.

The phone quality is better than what I anticipated. We definitely got the value of our money, it had one tiny nick, not noticeable at all. All functions works fine. Would definitely purchase again

Disappointed with this purchase
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Plus, expecting premium quality, but was disappointed. The phone arrived sticky with residue on the screen and immediately had issues. It died during setup, froze while transferring data, and started glitching, requiring me to use iTunes to fix it. While itâs working now, Iâm frustrated that a âpremiumâ refurbished phone was poorly prepared and not fully functional out of the box, especially at this price point.

Is used phone worth it?
Was unsure about buying a used phone, but overall it is a good phone. Battery seems good, condition was excellent. It does look like the screen was replaced, it seems to have some distortion around the edges, so not perfect. Probably does not have the same water resistance as a new phone. Not sure I would buy used again, but did save $300 compared to new. I think that the phone was as advertised.

Was like new when I got it, I checked the repair notes in the phone settings and all that was done was that the glass back was replaced. Works like new and battery is 100%. Good option to save some money given the 1 year warrantee. Will definitely keep buying my phones this way.
