Great buying experience. I was hesitant with other sites to buy a reused phone. Many reviews of people paying for mint condition phones and receiving less than. It was easy to set up, easy to use, screen and phone was in perfect condition and even better camera cause as a sahm I take many pictures of the kids. This is the third phone I bought from amazon and I will say it is definitely the best! it came with 100% battery, no scratches, nothing wrong with the speaker, Face ID works perfect, and so does the cameras, it came with a charger not an apple charger but hey at least it came with a charger. UPDATE: The day after I received this device I went to verizon to activate it because my esim would not transfer from my old phone like it should. It gave me an error message. So I spent 3 hours at verizon with them and on the phone with customer service internally on the phone trying to get it activated and they informed me that the phone was blacklisted as lost or stolen and cannot be activated. To say I am angry is an understatement. Especially because this device came straight from amazon directly NOT a third party seller. Customer support for this was a nightmare, and my only return option given to me was for UPS to come to my house to pick up the device and provide me with a label when they picked it up, and an adult had to be present which is very inconvenient for anyone who works during the day. Also inconvenient for myself as I work night shift and should be asleep during the day. They do not schedule a specific time to pick up so I had to stay awake all day waiting on them to come pick up so I didn’t miss them. Its also absolutely ridiculous that once the return is taken, it still takes 30 days to process the return and refund your original payment method by amazon. I am EXTREMELY angry about this situation because not only am I without a phone until I figure something else out, I am out $620 total for this order. Amazon offered no other resolutions after speaking with 3 different agents. This return process is absolutely RIDICULOUS and pathetic customer service as well as selling a customer a STOLEN phone that isn’t usable. Amazon should have a more thorough device inspection process so this doesn’t happen. Even if they inspected it upon receiving it from someone else as a trade in, they should be checking the IMEI for global blacklists before selling it again.Phone arrived in excellent condition. Not original packaging but it was packed nicely. Barely even a scratch on it and 100% battery health. Carrier unlocked as it was described. Very pleased with this purchase.

As with other Amazon Renewed Premium phone I bought before, item is basically brand new. No issues. Battery 100%. Works perfectly.Price is MUCH cheaper than retail and comes with warranty. I only buy phones this way. It’s the best of both worlds. A discount for not buying “new” and a warranty you normally get from a new product.
