Still Loving It
I admit I was super hesitant about purchasing a refurbished phone, but the price was right for the features I wanted with the added bonus of not being locked into a payment plan. Works great! Had a teeny tiny dent but aside from that in perfect condition. The only thing I donât like has nothing to do with the seller: it appears these newer phones were made so you canât replace the battery. Prior to this I had an iPhone 6s Plus that I got when they first came out. Was able to replace the battery right around year 3 or 4 and it still holds its charge just fine. Not feeling awesome about the fact Iâll have to buy a whole new phone again in a couple years but hey, this was a purchase Iâm happy with. NOTE: GET A PROTECTIVE CASE AND SCREEN PROTECTOR!!

I received my phone in July 13th. Today is the 16th. The phone has no physical damage at all. Iâve had no issues at all with it. Love this purchase!

Okay, I was shocked and so pleasantly surprised to pull this phone out of the box and see that it was literally perfect in every single way⦠zero damage or cosmetic issues whatsoever. Not even one tiny scratch. So so easy to set up for anyone like myself who didnât know how to set up my new iPhone from my old iPhone⦠you literally just turn on new phone, go to âGeneralâ under settings, at the very bottom it says âtransfer or reset iPhoneâ and click on that and it walks you through the whole thing. Soooooo easy to do. If everything is already backed up on iCloud it is even easier. While going through the guided steps, you eventually take a pic with your old phone of a little pixel burst type thing (I have no idea how else to describe it rn lmao) on the new phone and your good to go. Gave the old one to my sister, that was also so easy to do as well to clear and reset the old phone once everything was switched to my new phone. So so so so happy with this purchase and will literally never buy a new phone from a retailer again⦠why would you when you have this Amazon Renewed that lets you buy an absolutely perfect renewed phone for way less. Also, battery life was 100%. Couldnât be happier.
