Pleasantly surprised! Amazing condition!
I was a bit worried about buying a phone off of Amazon that was refurbished, but this one is in excellent condition! It came early and not a single scratch or nick. The battery seems to work great and there are no problems with the actual phone. If youâre thinking about getting a refurbished phone online, then I would 100% recommend it! (Make sure to do your research first)Edit: Iâve had it for about 2 weeks now and I have no complaints! Works amazing!

Faulty phone – will not pick esim, bulging screen, discrepancy with info in iPhone database
I bought this phone on Amazon for use in Kenya. It has completely refused to work in Kenya i.e. it has failed to accept registration of e-sim (it is a dual e-sim, and has no physical sim slots) from two service providers on multiple occasions. My wife and I have been trying from March 2024. Each time we thought the issue was with the service providers customer service outlets. Finally we took the phone for assessment at a local Apple store outlet and the engineer who conducted the diagnoses reported the following:1) the unit has a critical motherboard issue2) the unit’s screen is bulging suggesting faulty screen replacement3) according to iPhone databases, the phone should have a blue case. It has a white case.We need to return this phone.

Battery life
I love my phone. It came in great shape, good charge, and works fast. I love the battery life- iâve had it unplugged since 7 am yesterday and itâs now 2 pm the following day and iâm finally running on my last 10%. Of course i havenât been on it constantly so that helps too. There are a few things about the camera i noticed – it has a hard time focusing on closer photos. and the front camera has a hard time focusing also unless youâre in direct light. Otherwise nothing wrong with the phone

The phone itself seems okay, but all edges have some scratches. The phone was said to be in excellent condition. Excellent means that there should be scratches, if there are, then it should be considered in âgoodâ condition.

placed my order april 8th & just got my phone in today , it was definitely worth the wait though . this phone is basically brand new ! the condition stated it was in great condition when in fact it was new haha . love my iphone & was in need of a newer one since i had the XS Max , donât laugh at me . Came with everything that was stated it would come with ! will definitely be continuing to buy from this tech store through here & definitely will recommend to friends & family .

Phone came and was as advertised. Phone looked new and functions perfectly. The only caveat I have is that the battery health lists as 88%. Good but not great.
