The iPhone 15 has a 6.1 inch all screen Super Retina XDR display with the Dynamic Island. The back is color infused glass, and there is a contoured edge anodized aluminum band around the frame. The side button is on the right side of the device. There are two cameras on the back: Ultra Wide and Main. In the United States, there is no SIM tray. beautiful phone, no damage or scratches anywhere on it. the only issue i had was setting up the esim, but after an hour on the phone with useless customer support (my phone carrier, not the seller or apple) i figured it out on my own. battery is in 100% health. i upgraded from my iphone 11 because i was having issues with not having enough storage (apps were not working, messages not sending, very slow and freezing randomly, resetting and sitting on a loading screen almost constantly) this is definitely the perfect upgrade for me, and i saved some money getting it refurbished. very worth it in my opinion. seems pretty durable and the camera is awesome. i was a little worried about delivery but this came on time as expected and came to the right place. i wish it would have came with the original cable, but no issue with the one it came with. great performance and no issues.

Phone was updated with latest OS upon receipt and immediately exhibited Ghost Clicking. Contacted Amazon who suggested to call Apple who suggested to call Amazon!! Hours and hours with no resolution. Clearly a poorly inspected phone. The return process is a NIGHTMARE and not anything like a normalAmazon product. It will consume HOURS of your time. Buy new directly from Apple and pay the extra $100!!!!

Phone arrived perfect and we’ve had no issues at all
Needed to replace a broken iPhone 15, but did not want to spend the amount a new phone would have been. We were nervous to go this route, but it was all for nothing – phone arrived in mint condition – looked just like a new phone. It appears to have been originally setup about 6 months ago, and likely needed some minor repair. Works excellent, no issues switching our carrier to it, battery life is 100%. Very happy!!

Excellent shape. No visible wear and looks brand new. CoconutBattery shows 25 cycles on battery. Wish it came with a USB C to C cable and not USB A.

Phone works great no issues there but I didn’t notice upon opening it had a small little scratch on the very back of the phone not a huge deal but it’s new so it would have been nice to not have a scratch other than that fast shipping and all this good
