Great phone at an amazing price
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I previously had an iPhone 7 and was looking for an affordable upgrade. I got this XS 256GB for $520 and feel like it was an amazing deal. Out of the box, the phone had 100% battery health, no scratches, dents or blemishes, and was fully functional. In my case, you would never know that it was a refurbished phone.As far as the phone itself, I grow to love it more and more everyday. The OLED screen is incredible, face recognition is excellent, the camera and videos are really amazing, wireless charging is a great feature, and the battery life is such an improvement from my previous phone, which had the battery replaced once before. As a plus, iOS 13 runs beautifully on this phone and I’m really enjoying the added features. I could easily see myself having this phone for years to come, provided I don’t break or lose it…Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade but wants to save $200+ dollars on a new iPhone.PS I purchased my phone with Kiss Electronics. The phone arrived earlier than expected. Weird packaging, but like I said, in perfect condition (as far as I can tell).

Buyer beware
Item not as described. Item did show some normal signs of use but was not in excellent condition. When trying to do initial set-up, some buttons were found not to be workingbon the keyboard. I will say shipping was fast but that does not good if the product is broken and unusable. Very let down by this

Immaculate phone all around!
Phone arrived quicker than expected. Excellent condition, 100 % batter life! Came with a screen protector already installed which is fine. Packaging wasnât the most uniform looking but who cares! Phone itself is working flawlessly. I use Verizon and mic seems great camera seems great everything perfect so far! Iâve had the worst experiences in the past ordering phones online specifically BACKMARKET. Do not ever use them!

Good for the money
Great phone. My only complaint about buying refurbished was the screen has two very minor blemishes on it. I can only see them when the screen is off. Does not affect my vision when the screen is on. I love that it came with a screen protector already installed. I have not had any issues with the phone. So far itâs a great refurbished phone.

Paperweight refurbished Apple phone
Buyer BEWARE! Bought a refurbished phone that only lasted right under 4 months and took it to our carrier and Apple store – Hardware issue and of course this stores return policy expired 3 weeks ago. Won’t be shopping this third party ever again. Feels a little suspicious. Warranty should have been a year or in the least 6 months.

Phone was damaged upon receiving it.
When I first received the phone, it was already damaged. There was a small dent above the charging port that actually bent the charging port, making it difficult to plug in the cable, as well as obviously not looking good. When I went to return the phone, I was require to pay to ship it back. I feel like the phone did not arrive as advertised (looks and works like new) and then I was required to pay to ship it back, which does not feel appropriate.
