I must admit…. I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished MacBook Air, off of Amazon, but I am VERY pleased with the results and Iâm so glad I did. The laptop was in GREAT condition, a few small scratches ( barely visible) and a tiny dent on the top right corner which is cosmetic only, which did not affect a protective case from fitting fine, thankfully.It functions very well, as if it were new, very quick speed on loading and downloading, and I was able to download a later software program with ease. It came packaged very well and quickly, and also came with an Apple charging cord. I am especially pleased with this seller and Amazon, as this is a Birthday gift for my son. So, for less than the money a repair to his old one wouldâve cost, I was able to get him a certified & refurbished one in great condition!! Canât wait to see the look on his face when I give it to him! A great buy! Take the leap… you wonât be sorry!Thank you again!! ðð»ðð»

i was a tad skeptical for is being a renewed Macbook but its a really good product. Only downside is (with mine) it was behind on a loooot of updates but after 2 days i have it updated to the macOS is can run ( Big Sir) but it runs amazing, best bang for the buck in my opinion

I was nervous about buying something that was not brand new but I am super happy and currently writing the review for this on the computer. It fast and the only thing that makes it look used is a tiny and i mean tiny scratch in a spot you would not even notice unless you were looking for it. super happy with my purchase.

I purchased this MacBook.According to AmazonI am allowed to return it.To return you need to reset the computer to factory settings to erase all of your personal data.The company will not provide me the hardware code to reset the computer.Amazon contacted this company and they promised to email the code to reset the computer.At this time, I have not received the code to restore to factory settings.I purchase a lot on Amazon.This is the first company I have encountered that doesnât follow the Amazon return policy.

so i received two laptops after i was not satisfied with the first laptop due to (scratches, dents, dirt, ect.) i contacted the seller and a representative by the name of nic helped me throughout this entire process. once i realized i was not satisfied with the first laptop he made sure i got a prepaid label and send the first laptop back. within a couple of days i received the second laptop and this time around there were no scratches, dents, or dirt anywhere. the screen and keyboard was very clean and no dirt in sight. in addition to that nic was able to upgrade my order from a 2011 macbook air to a 2014 macbook air. to ensure the laptop was indeed working, i went to the apple store to get it set up and everything went smoothly. as a common courtesy per my request, nic also sent me an extension cord even though it was not included. i thought the extension cord was included but it is not. it is only the laptop itself and charger. overall i am satisfied with the product. i hope it will last me for many years to come.

No regrets!
I have been using this laptop for the past two months now and I have no complaints! I was concerned for a couple of weeks because my track pad froze a few times while starting the laptop and I had to power it down manually and re-start. This is with me using my laptop carefully and always shutting it down all the way whenever I am done using it. However, it works fine after I power it off and it has only happened 2-3 times. Other than that, works like a charm, so happy with my purchase and the quality of this refurbished product. Definitely recommend!Note: The seller was also very accommodating in extending the return policy by one month, because this was a Christmas present that I wouldn’t be utilizing until then and when I explained the situation, they understood!

Very happy with my purchase
I got my MacBook for Christmas. I waited a while to write a review so I could actually give a good review. I had see other post of people getting their’s and it breaking or having issues shortly there after. Overall, I love my MacBook. I have had zero issues with it. The battery last a long time, charges very quickly, I thing there was one scratch on it and that it’s. This was a great purchase. I absolutely love my MacBook and it’s in perfect condition, minus a small scratch.
