this magnetic folio cover for my new iPad mini works great, and feels more sturdy than other similar but off-brand products I’ve owned. It also allows for the Apple Pencil to magnetically attach to the side of my iPad.

Minimalistic design
Very minimalistic design. Cover is held on only by magnetic strength, on the back. I may use some Command adhesive strips to secure the cover better. Was somewhat surprised there is no side protection, as it it simply a flat back cover, the “hinge” and the tri-fold front cover. Previous iPad mini (older model) had the iPad actually sitting in a shell with a cover. Was hoping for similar. Not much in the way of pictures or a description on the Amazon page, to see all views. Item was shipped/sold by Amazon, so depending on Apple to market the product didn’t give me much information. Even visiting thd Apple Store only allowed me to see the boxed product.Delivery times kept changing forward and back (seems to be Amazon’s new normal), so even if items are shown to be in stock, I wonder if they really are. Good way to get our money, while they order the product, giving unpredictability in when you will actually receive your product.

Not a Fan
This is a great case for those that love the slim feel. However, I felt that the case didn’t protect my iPad mini enough. I didn’t like that the sides of the iPad mini is exposed and that my Apple Pencil pro would be exposed as well making it easier for it to fall off. This is not my type of case. However, if you are one that doesn’t drop things a lot and want the slim feel then this would be for you. I purchased this for my iPad mini 7 and it fit really well by the way. I just didn’t care for the case itself.

La funda es muy bonita, se siente muy suave al tacto, pero ¡¡no protege absolutamente nada!! Soy fan de la marca, pero estas fundas son solo de vista. Por desgracia se me cayó mi iPad a menos de un metro de altura y el iPad se maltrató de las esquinas y del lateral izquierdo, además de que la funda se rasgó. La caÃda fue mÃnima y ni siquiera eso aguantó. Una decepción total.
