The Absolute Best Keyboard
After having one of these Apple keyboards for 4 years, my old one finally stopped connecting to my iPad. I ordered a different kind of keyboard and had problems managing it because I like to use my iPad in my lap while I watch TV. I gave up on the other brand and returned it. I found this smart keyboard for a cheaper price, simply because it was refurbished. I honestly cannot tell that it’s refurbished– looks and performs like a brand new one! Love it! It’s so simple to use. I like the way it folds up easily and makes a great case. And, when I’m using it, it holds together on my lap or any other surface. I also like the keys– I can type quietly without making a lot of mistakes.

Iâve had this keyboard for a couple months now and it works very well. Iâm happy with it, especially since I donât need to pay full price. The thing I like most is that it works with my waterproof iPad case (which I need because I apparently like to drop my iPad in the bath and spill coffee on it). Itâs not a perfect fit with my case because it doesnât stay magnetized but itâs good enough and covers the front when the case is closed.However, thatâs not the real reason I bought the keyboard. Iâm a nursing school student and I take notes on my iPad and only wanted an occasional keyboard so I could turn my iPad into a substitute laptop and this was just the thing I needed. I have written a couple of papers on it and saves me from bringing my laptop to school, thereby saving my back. When I want to write notes on my iPad for class, I just take the keyboard off or flip it around like a notebook cover. It magnetizes onto the side of my case fairly well and even if I dangle it, it wonât fall off. This is a solid product, and for me, well worth it.The keyboard is responsive with no lag. Thereâs no complicated connection process. It came with the original Apple box and legit looked new. Typing on it is quiet. The keys donât have a lot of bounce but theyâre responsive enough. They might be problematic if you have larger fingers but itâs just right for me and I find typing on it an ease. I canât speak for how durable it is because Iâve only had it a few months, so Iâm crossing my fingers that it will last me until the end of the year. I would recommend it to anyone in school who doesnât want to bring an additional laptop, but still wants a keyboard on occasion so they can type on their iPad and increase the amount of work it can do.

A Flawless Keyboard Case
Purchased for a 9th gen iPad and it works flawlessly! Came shrink-wrapped in factory Apple packaging and I think it’s new old-stock, not just a generic refurbished returned item. I’ve used a few BT stand-alone fold up keyboards, but the convenience of this and tactile feel makes a world of difference. If you’re used to a MB or MBA keyboard, you’ll be able to just start using the Smart Keyboard without thinking.

Was worried for a bit
I love my kebyboard now, but I was very worried for a while. When I first purchased the keyboard it DID NOT WORK!! I thought I was doing something wrong. I chatted with customer service on Amazon to be sure I wasnât doing anything wrong. My ipad just would not recognize the Keyboard. I cleaned the connection area off. I wiped of the connection area on the keyboard itself, but still nothing. They offered to refund my money which was fine with me, but as really wanted the keyboard to work. This is my second one. The first one tore apart. I was very upset. It only lasted a year. I am not sure what happened, but i decided to try it one last time before packing it up to send back, and somehow it started working!! I didnât do anything different. It has worked fine ever since then! The keyboard itself is so convenient! It turns my ipad into a mini laptop, and I take it everywhere! Itâs easy to use. I wish it was a little more durable though. It seems to tear apart on the ends easily. Maybe im too rough on it. I use it multiple times a day. It was a good buy for the price though.

Love it, love it, love it. This is what I bought for grad school in 2020 and I wanted a second one before they stopped making them. I had no idea that there where types that had to use bluetooth just to connect the keyboard. Not this one. Bluetooth makes my head hurt so I appreciate this being available. It just connects by magnetic strip, the keys are crisp.

I searched for a replacement keyboard and initially could only find a wireless model that was supposed to attach with magnets. II tried it, but it kept falling off and frequently would not connect. When I found this ârefurbishedâ keyboard I figured Iâd give it a try. It is wonderful, exactly like my original (before I beat it up). I am VERY satisfied with it.

Estoy realmente sorprendido porque he tenido muy malas compras con vendedores terceros aquà en Amazon. En primera lo compré para mi novia, ya que ella tiene un iPad de novena generación y si utiliza un teclado. No podÃa gastar más de 3700 pesos mexicanos que es el costó oficial de este producto aquà en México. Decidà arriesgarme porque aunque era re acondicionado, el precio era muy alentador. ¿Cuál fue mi sorpresa? Que el artÃculo está en perfecto estado, hasta el ensamblaje es el Oficial de Apple, y la garantÃa de 90 dÃas es una maravilla aunque espero volver hacer compras con este vendedor. El artÃculo es una maravilla y funciona al 100%. Muchas gracias por ayudarme a poder comprarle esto a mi novia como regalo.

Me atrevo a decir que este es el mejor teclado para el iPad que vas a poder comprar, incluso el teclado de logitech, al ser un teclado Bluetooth, tiene una duración de la baterÃa de un año, y eso solamente usándolo tres horas al dÃa. Este es el Smart Keyboard de Apple, es original y honestamente es nuevo, lo mejor es que lo puedes tener por menos de la mitad de precio de lo que realmente cuesta ($3,700 pesos mexicanos). El teclado viene en una caja genérica con la misma forma a la caja original y viene muy bien protegido, no tiene absolutamente ningún detalle y es muy fácil de utilizar, ya que no es Bluetooth, basta con solo conectar el teclado de forma magnética, queda muy cool, se ve y se siente como una mini Mac. El teclado puede doblarse en la tapa para poder cerrarlo y que no dañe la pantalla del iPad, el tacto se siente muy bien, muy agradable y es realmente suave al momento de escribir, hace un sonido muy satisfactorio que da ganas de querer escribir mas y usar el teclado para todo. Cuenta con muchÃsimos atajos y funciones para cada aplicación y son realmente útiles, al principio cuesta recordar tantos atajos pero terminas acostumbrándote. Ciertamente le da un peso extra al iPad, pero sigue siendo más ligero e igual de funcional que cargar con una laptop. Recomiendo muchÃsimo este producto y estoy seguro de que no te arrepentirás. Mi calificación final es de 10/10.
