I was pleased with the appearance of the watch when it arrived. It was in the “used-excellent” category, but it looks like new.Fairly easy setup by following the enclosed instructions. Paired as it was supposed to and picked up a lot of the apps from my phone. They work a bit differently from the phone apps, but they DO work.My only complaint is the battery life. It is a series 4 so has a little age on it. A review I read said that the weakness of the series 4 was that the battery life was two days max. My watch battery barely lasts 14-15 hours. That’s a pretty good day, but if my day was extended for some reason, I would be watch less at the end. Oh, the PAIN! 😊Anyway, I do like the watch.Update: I wrote the above on the second day I had the watch. Should have waited. At the next charge cycle, the battery charged to 100% and lasted for 24+ hours. Not the 2-3 days you would expect from a new item, but this watch, in fact, isn’t new. Therefore, I’m pretty satisfied with the 24-26 hour useful charge it has now. So… here’s your fifth star back.

Product was defective when I received (damaged and battery malfunction) so I shipped it back to the third party via my own shipping cost. Only partially refunded, called Amazon 8 times and each time I talked to the representative, the same answer: your attention had been sent to the “claim department” and you will receive your remaining refund from the Amazon in the next 24 hours! Days past, months past and I still haven’t received any emails/ feedbacks from the Amazon even though I was told multiple times that the claim department will issue the remains refund! Very disappointed with the customer service/ representative from the Amazon who couldn’t do the right thing!***fact: received a full refund from the Amazon after all these thank u

SO Worth it!!
I have never ordered something like this online, especially refurbished but I’m so glad I did. I got this for my dad because he’s getting older and I worry about him when he’s out on his 50 acres of land where he’s building a cabin. No one is around if something were to happen to him should he run into trouble. The watch came in perfect condition, flawless. My dad actually took a fall when he was out there, after I got him this, and it automatically sent him a message telling him they would be sending medical help if he didn’t respond in so many seconds. Thankfully he was ok, and for me, it then became priceless.

Montre vendue en exellent état « comme neuf » et pourtant j’ai l’impression qu’on a fait du bricolage avec . Grosse rayure et impact en coin visible . J’ai pris le modèle noir sidéral pour un cadeau car j’ai la même et malgré les années, aucune rayure visible , contrairement à un modèle argenté que j’avais précédemment. Comparée au modèle reconditionné, je pourrais dans ce cas dire que la mienne d’il y’a 4 ans est « neuve ». Enfin avec seulement 74% de charge maximale sur la batterie et un message indiquant sa fin de vie , je me demande ce que ça donne pour une montre vendu dans un ( état bon ou même acceptable ) À voir dans la durée et si je la renvoie ou pas .
