Really works
I can definitely notice a difference by taking this product. It has helped with my mental clarity. My memory retention has improved. I do feel more energized and I wake up feeling well rested. There is no taste to try and bypass. I drip it into a cup of water and take it that way.

I’ve been buying from this company for some months now. They’ve become one of my favorites and it’s primarily because of how considerate their products are. For example, none of their products use alcohol as an extraction. Not to mention, the bottles last me a good 2.5 months! I have a lot of their products, including Methylfolate. Good Product, Seems to Help.. Affordable
Like most of us these days, we’re pushed and pulled in many directions and this can leave you feeling a bit out of sorts. This product is promoted as an adaptive herbal product that should help you feel a bit more like yourself and better able to weather the storms of life with less impact to your overall mental and physical health. Here are my thoughts on this product.KUDOS: This product is made with the herb, glycerin and water. It’s gluten-free (I have been GF for a decade now so that matters), is alcohol-free and tastes fine to me, a little like oregano but pleasant. I have now been using it for several weeks and overall, I do feel it’s helped with stress reactions in me. That is subjective, as we all are different but if it helps reduce excess cortisol, that’s great. Pricewise, this tincture is much less expensive than other products.CONS: None thus far. If I change my mind on that, I’ll be back to update my review.OVERALL: Give it a try if you’re looking for ways to help adapt to life’s stresses. Price means you’re not out a ton if it’s not for you but if if it works, it could be a game changing supplement.

I love ashwaganda because it seems to be the only thing that helps quiet my thoughts so I can fall asleep and sleep soundly. Iâve used this brand for a while now because it works. If you really struggle with sleep, couple it with some Apigenin of the same brand and thank me later.

It depends on what you’re getting it for
Ive been using Ashwagandha for about a year now. The first one I tried was from a grocery store and was also liquid, it worked amazing. The taste was terrible, but I could feel the effect almost immediately. With this one, the taste is much better. It docent bother me at all. With this one, I can put the drops directly into my mouth with no problem. For me personally, this one works more as a daily vitamin rather than taking it to feel calm in the moment. I still like this, and have been using it daily.
