Pro:- Very roomy inside- Dispenses about 2 TBSP of food per portion- Feeding schedule is very easy to set up in the app- Cats cannot get into the top of the container- Plastic under-bowl and metal bowl are both washable, but I wash them by hand.Cons:- Does not come with batteries- Does not let you schedule for an entire month- When half empty the machine is mildly easy to tip over by a hungry cat- Food dispenses even without metal bowl or plastic underbowl- Button can be picky when using the button-push-to-dispense- Mildly noisy when dispensing food- Needs silica packet refills after the ones it came with are used up- Recorded sounds do not play

Requires desiccant but Yuposl does NOT sell replacements
Overall, Iâve been happy with this cat feeder, but not with the company. These feeders require desiccant bags, but they donât sell replacements. Iâve tried other pet feeders and their desiccant bags are too large. Iâm going to have to purchase a new pet feeder from a company that supports all aspects of their product.

PLEASE READ!!! Food molded in less than a month!!!!!
I got this product because my cat is crazy about food and I thought having him be fed multiple times throughout the day rather than morning and night would help him with his hunger, I have had this product for less than a month and I notice my cat getting sick and throwing up undigested food i originally wrote it off as him eating to fast and getting sick from that which has happened in the past but I went to his bowl and saw un-eaten food and noticed it looked weird after inspecting the bowl I decided to open the container to find the whole inside of the container molded along with the food⦠I have never put water in the container so it isnât from that and I have the packet in the lid for moisture control. My poor cat has been eating molded food for at least 3 days because that is how long ago I noticed him getting sick I would not recommend this product I think that itâs crazy that the food has molded in less than a month of being in the container I have been using this food for my cat for years and have never had any issue with it molding so it isnât an issue with the food itself either. The fourth picture is of the food in itâs container I keep it in and it is older than a month and not molded and in perfect condition.

The right size and look
After receiving this and setting it up, I realized it is the right size and the right look for a feeder in the home. It plugs into the wall, with battery backup for those times the power is lost at home momentarily. The chart is useful for a feeding starting point, but I overestimated the amount of food one cat will eat. I started with four times each day. Then, you decide how many doses per feeding and set that. I started with six, but based upon that choice, the reality called for fewer doses/feeding. Soon, I realized by watching the bowl that it would overflow if I did not reset the number of doses/feeding. So, I set it to two doses for each feeding and the cat keeps up with it. This is no hassle because the app is easy and obvious.

Easy to set up but the feeding schedule is hard to figure out.
Easy to set up machine but the feeding schedule is nuts. There is no easy AM or PM settings. It just gives you scrolling numbers 00-16. I donât understand how to set this up. I think the app needs improvement.

Been using this for a four months and it works great. The connexion with app was seamless and it has many options for schedule. This allows for dividing daily meal in many smaller portions. I got a huge (fat!) Maincoon who’ll probably eat too much otherwise. I use it for two cats. Did not try the picture function, waste of time. It will send notifications if batteries are low even if it’s plugged into the wall, so that’s good. I recommend!

This is the first auto feeder I have owned so was a complete beginner here. My 2 cats and I just love it. Very easy to set up – basic instructions included. App is great easy to follow. Value for money already saving on food no more waste and always fresh ( no more soggy biscuits due to humidity of tropical climate) .Took me a couple of days to figure out portion sizes and subsequent feeding plan for my fur babies. Bit of trial and learning. Multiple options available and easy to edit times and portion number as required – all via App. This model also has an option of manual feed on unit or top up feed on App which is so handy. I have not used microphone feature yet as my cats have adapted quickly. Unit is very quiet only noise being biscuits dropping into steel bowl which is the food alarm in this house. I have other bowls that fit in the bowl compartment which is handy when cleaning. The bowl does not spill over but did occasionally stack at back but not stop feeder due to not being eaten early on in sorting of food plan. The app tells u when food is low and to top up unit.Looks good and not too big. Fits well on my existing Ant tray which my girls are use to. Secure cats cannot get into ( one has tried with no luck).Takes batteries ( x3 D) as well in the event of power cut . Not tested yet but will apparently still auto feed feeding plan programmed via App on batteries – cannot use App during power cut. Hence manual option on unit is always available.Easy to clean – I only put steel bowl in dishwasher.Wifi capability was a draw card for me as works on different ones including 5.Reliable – especially when I am at work and out so far wish I had got one earlier. Doing its job well.
