Feeder gets stuck too easily
This product was terrible, had to return after only a couple days of use. Read the other reviews and I should have listened.Assembly wasnât terribly difficult, but instructions were a bit unclear. I filled only a bit of food at first and the first couple times it dispensed normally. After that, it stopped working and would just say pet food shortage from the app and wouldnât dispense any food. It was definitely trying to, but gets stuck too easily. And yes, the food was well within the recommended size and shape ranges.I didnât even get around to testing the water fountain so I canât speak to that part of the product. But the feeder is not worth the trouble.

Works pretty well besides some hiccups
Works pretty well and is an easy setup; however, Iâd recommend getting smaller food for your animals if youâre using this, as itâs hard for the machine to distribute the food when itâs too big (itâll try its best to crush it down, but it will tend to get jammed). Even my small cat food sometimes makes the machine get stuck mid-feeding. Although the product is good, I probably wouldnât buy something like this again for my other animals, as itâs too much of a worry if my animals are getting fed while Iâm away due to the machines malfunctioning through the app.

food dispenser malfunction
Essentially I was excited to get this product. I will say the fountain is great and really has my cat drinking alot more water more often. It does not come with a filter so I suggest buying one separately. HOWEVER, the food dispenser was disappointing and DID NOT WORK. I connected it with the app and when I tried dispensing food it sounded like it was trying to work, but no food was released. On the app it kept stating that there was a food shortage when the whole container was filled to the top. For the amount of money I paid for this product this was upsetting.

A fountain water dish with filtered continuous running clean water and an automatic dog food dispenser dish, my dog and I both love this!!!!! It works great and the price was really good as well! Highly recommend!!!

The food dispenser is power and battery operated.However, the water dispenser is only power operated not both, as it is advertised. I am disappointed as this was the deciding factor for me verses 2 other suppliers.Setting up the dispensers, connecting to the app and setting the schedules was far more difficult than it needed to be.The 2 cables provided can not both be connect to the block provided as the ends are not compatible.Cat loves both dispensers, however I would try a different supplier in hind sight, as I feel taken advantage of with false advertisement.
