So easy to set up
I love this. It’s so easy to set up. Quiet. Uses AA batteries.My only reason for 4 stars is two of my cats were able to get the twist lock lid off in less than 24 hours after putting food in it.I taped the lid on but that’s not ideal for refilling etc. But. I love this feeder so much I don’t care.

Impossible to connect to the internet & design issues
I’m a tech savvy guy and no matter what I did I could not get the feeder to connect to my Wi-Fi. In addition, two of us tried to get the feeder Reservoir securely attached to the hopper but neither of us could figure out how to do it. It wasn’t just me, my buddy who’s an engineer couldn’t figure it out either. I went to YouTube to find a video because the instructions included weren’t helpful and the video online didn’t match the feeder I have so that was useless. You shouldn’t need an advanced degree to get it working! LOL. Returning it today.

This automatic cat feeder works wonderfully. I like its modern look, itâs easy to clean, and has a decent batter life! We use this bad boy when weâre staying out overnight and donât have anyone to cat sit. Itâs been a real help.

Weird app, and false description
The app you have to download is a while smart home app for other products. Seems like a lot for one thing. And the app forces you to use your exact location to use it. So just to dispense food you have to use an unrelated app and your precise location.Also the description of the product says that the smallest serving size is 1/24 of a cup. The smallest size this thing dispenses is half a cup. Not great if you’re actually trying to control feeding habits
