I have been looking for a programmed feeder for my cat that needs her own dietary food, as she asks me for food so many times throughout the day. One of the stipultions was that it needed to fit under this vanity hutch, and this one does!It’s easy to set up- well, my 14yo did it, and she programmed the feeding times as well. It all set up pretty quickly. .It’s a good-looking, versatile automatice feeder.I was surprised to find a SMART CAMERA in the package as well! What a “special gift” (as the description describes)!It uses the same phone app, Smart Life, to set up and monitor the camera, which has full rotation, and a really good range up and down. There is a slot for micro sd for video or photo storage that you take on the camera. This is a quality security camera!Perhaps the auto feeder price is a little high, as it’s a smaller food load (though it suits my 1-cat need perfectly), but with the added security camera gift, this is a good buy!

Works great for my cat.
I’m glad this isn’t huge. My cat gets different food than my other cat. He absolutely can’t have her food, or he gets sick. I had to make a box that only allowed her to go inside. It has a cat door that only works with her microchip. This feeder fits in the box, and it makes it more convenient to feed her because I don’t have to open the box a few times a day to give her food. This feeder is easy to clean. This is easy to start using. I had it dispensing food in a few minutes after I got it fully charged. It looks sturdy and durable. The app is easy to use. I hope the battery life lasts a long time. I just started using it, so I don’t know how long it will hold a charge.

Automatic cat feeder – rechargable
Mine is not rechargeable. If it becomes unplugged it no longer works, which sucks because I had fully intended to move its location but it is what it is. It still works. I love that it works with the smart life app which I already have. It makes feeding a breeze no matter where I am. I was incredible surprised by the included pet camera. It works great and has 360 degree rotation so I can see the whole room to know what the pets (and kids) are up to.

Wicked cool cat feeder
This thing is great. I’ve got five cats (and a dog) and being able to fill this up and not worry about refilling is nice. I wish it were a little bigger, but not everyone has five cats to worry about, it’d be easy enough to add another cylinder overtop to extend it’s capacity. The special gift was a camera, which is also wicked cool. Doesn’t really connect to the cat feeder, it’s just an indoor security camera, but it’s a great extra value. The one feature I do wish the feeder had was an app notification when it’s running low, but maybe a future model or app update would do that. Anyway, I recommend it.

Impressive Rechargeable Pet Feeder
Alittle on the smaller size and probably better suited for a 1 cat household. I have more than 1 cat but the cat I want to use it for has a sensitive stomach. Not sure I can keep the other cats out of the special dietary food but oh well, it can benefit them all I suppose. A bit pricey but it does take an app to get it all set up and going. Bonus that it comes with a camera that uses the same app to be set up with as well. Camera doesnt need to be used for my purposes and doesnt do anything with the function of the feeder itself but again it was a “bonus gift” much appreciated to received. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and its function ability of the unit itself.

Great for my frenchie
This thing works well and sets up easily — the biggest benefit is that it is 5G compatible, which means no weird tricking it into joining some temporary network to force it into a connection to a meshed wireless system.I’ve found this hasn’t jammed in the first few weeks, is highly configurable, and is consistent in food allocation.Also, it is not an unattractive unit, so my wife appreciates it too. Great to control over-eating.

This is a VINE review for Automatic Cat Feeder, Rechargable 5G WiFi Pet Feeder with APP Control, 4L Timed Cat Smart Feeders for Dry Food.I purchased this on January 5, 2025 and received it on January 7, 2025 – exceptional shipping time. Unboxing to setup would have been a breeze if not for the lack of instructions and difficulty setting up the ap. The main unit material is very light and feels like it would break/crack if dropped. The bowls themselves are fine. I have not had any problems with the ap since setting it up, and it does feed on my allotted schedule. Also holds a good supply of food for one cat.

Simple to set up, great feeder!
This set up so fast. It was able to find the device on the app very efficiently and from there it’s just a couple taps to set up a weekly schedule. It runs on wifi so once you set it, you can pretty much forget it. It comes with a camera too, the image quality isn’t great, but it does work and sets up through the same app which is nice. I don’t find the camera to be crucial to the operation of the feeder though and as such an not using it. But it can be used anywhere indoors
