Game-Changer for Multi-Pet Households
This feeder has made feeding time so much simpler! Setup took minutes, and the design is incredibly thoughtful. The feeding chute keeps my dog out while letting my cat eat in peace – no more scarfing down food because she’s worried about the dog stealing it.The anti-pitch design keeps it stable, and I love having multiple feeding modes to choose from. Everything feels safe and well-made, from the rounded edges to the enclosed feeding mechanism. Storage capacity is great, and I can easily see when it needs refilling.Perfect solution if you have both cats and dogs. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and convenience!ââââââââââââââââ

Great product to prevent dog eating cat foods
This automatic feeder is exactly what I needed for my multi-pet household. Setup was simple – 10 minutes and I was done. The best part? My dog can’t get to the cat food anymore! The timely closed door make it impossible for my dog to access.Love the anti-pitch design – my cats can’t knock it over despite their best efforts. The different feeding modes are great (I use free feeding). Everything about it feels safe and well-made, with no sharp edges or places where paws could get stuck.Worth every penny just for solving the dog-stealing-cat-food problem. No more stressed cat, no more overfed dog!

Perfect for senior cats
Owning multiple cats can be a real pain when it comes to feeding time. Especially for our veteran kitties. My old guy was aptly named âRamboâ. He was a feral cat that I caught, neutered and planned to let go but he took one look out of the door into the cold rain and ran back to his hidey hole behind the couch. Heâs flighty and generally spends most of his life sleeping in his cozy house I bought him but after 10 years heâs still not interested in going outside. No problem.Except at feeding time.Rambo prefers flight over fight and one of my other cats, Bourne (see what I did there?) prefers fight over flight. Animals become what you name them, you know? So Rambo, just like his name sake, prefers to just give in and walk away when thatâs a choice. Not good for an old cat that struggles to hold weight.âPut him in a different roomâ. You forget, Rambo has PTSD and a bit of schizophrenia, you corner him in a room and he will choose fight. Iâd rather not have another repeat of that incident. Defending him myself at feeding time was getting us nowhere. Every time I stood up to chase the other cats off my Old Man would run for his safe spot. Feed him in his safe spot? Bourne would hop in there and corner him. Instant cat fight. All of this to say, Rambo was losing weight and I was getting worried. So I found this neat little contraption.Pulling it out of the box I was a bit worried at first. It was big and strange looking and I feared Rambo would be scared of it. Itâs not instantly intuitive as far as set up but with the directions I had it set up to open to the chip in 2 minutes. I set it in Ramboâs regular eating spot and placed his old bowl directly in front of it. Getting the chip collar on Rambo was a small chore but that was a feral cat vs human who has fed him for 10 years type of battle. Once everything was in place, training began.Yes. He was terrified of it at first but after a few days he got used to the noise of the door opening every time he ate. I eventually placed a scoop of food inside the feeder and a bit less in his regular bowl at feeding time. He would eat out of his old bowl and then from the feeder after it had already opened. The real test came when we left for 3 days. I filled up the feeder, wished him luck and we left. Our human feeder dropped by and announced the food inside the auto feeder had been disturbed and he placed some extra in it just in case. When we got back the food was all gone. I filled it up right away and out waltzed the Old Man to immediately open his feeder and start eating. I was so excited. Bourne was much less excited because when he ran over to get some food Rambo walked away and the door closed. It worked perfectly.Itâs been around two-ish months since I bought it and Rambo has already gained a healthy weight and a proud stalk when he gets to choose when to eat. I was able to switch him to a higher protein feed and heâs sleek and shiny. Iâve also noticed heâs become much more relaxed in general but especially about feeding time. No more scarfing down his meal as fast as possible before Bourne chases him away. The bowl is easy to remove and clean, filling it is no problem and the programming has stayed intact through a few unplugging incidents.Rambo is happy. I am happy. Bourne is not happy but his fat little belly can stand a little disappointment. This feeder was worth every penny spent. Now if I can just figure out how to get Rambo to stop opening the feeder for my Cattle Dog, John 117 (I have a trend with naming my animals you see), weâll be in great shape.

Convenient and Tailored Feeding for Multi-Cat Households!
I purchased this RFID-enabled automatic cat feeder for my two cats, and it has been a total game-changer. The RFID tags ensure that each cat gets the right amount of food and prevents my food-stealing kitty from raiding the otherâs bowl.Setup was straightforward, and the feederâs design feels durable and modern. The portion control feature is precise, and I love that I can program feeding schedules for ultimate convenience. It also helps with my catsâ weight management since it eliminates overfeeding. One small improvement could be making the RFID tags a bit smaller, but overall, Iâm thrilled with this product. Itâs an excellent investment for pet owners with multiple cats or special feeding needs! Highly recommend!

Cheap. Not worth it
I have tried and returned two of these machines hoping the first one was just a dud & I could get these to work for my needs, but they just suck overall. The first one would not read or remember any of the RDIF chips. The second one read and remembered the chip but the sensor is so particular that it only opens when you have the chip right on top of the machine. If a cat is wearing the collar ,it is dangling down and when the cat walks up to the window to eat, the chip is not up on top of the machine dangling right by the sensor, it is dangling down towards the floor and the machine doesnât read it and doesnât open. The chip reader is so shitty that the door closes on my cat while his head is in the machine, with the collar in the machine, eating. The sensors are not good. Worthless

Perfect Solution for Cat Feeding with Dogs Around
This feeder has exceeded all my expectations! Installation couldn’t be simpler – just follow the clear instructions and you’re set in minutes. The ingenious design keeps my dog completely away from my cat’s food, which was my main concern. The narrow feeding area is perfectly sized for my cat while being completely inaccessible to my dog.Multiple feeding modes make it versatile, and the anti-pitch design ensures it stays upright no matter what. Safety features are top-notch, and the construction quality is excellent. Best purchase I’ve made for my pets this year!

Great Customer Service
Even though this product did not work for my cats, the return/refund process was quick and easy. The company representative immediately contacted me with reassurance that they have made improvements in their design. They offered me to try again, however, I already found another feeder that is working fine for my skiddish cat. With the impressive customer service, do not be weary of trying this cute, practical feeder. Thank you!
