Great little dispenser!
This gave me peace and control over keeping my two kittens fed.My overall take after 2 months of use is very positive!Pros:+ Wifi connection to device is SOLID and has not failed yet (I work 30 miles away from home)+ Easy assembly/disassembly – LID DOES SCREW ON, GIT GUD (seeing reviews saying otherwise)+ Simple and good app+ Good overall size (machine, food holder, tin bowl)Cons:- Amount in each dispensed portion can’t be changed- Size not practical for several animals or big dogsIn regards to the cons, they are minimal.You can compensate the amounts by adding more dispenses per timer. This is a design restriction (rotating wheel drops food) so it’s no biggie.I wanted to track meals of kibble for my kitten’s diets. Each dispense is ~12g, more or less.Average rec daily is 60-90 grams per kitty. A little math but got my timers : dispenses ratio on par.Be sure to look at the amount these things can hold relative to your pets.This could work for all instances, but consider getting multiple dispensers with higher usage.I refill it every 4-5 days with 2 growing kittens for perspective.

Doesn’t close.
The app works fine, it dispenses when it’s schedule to, but there’s one glaring problem. The plastic container doesn’t screw into the base so my cat an just knock it over and boom he’s got a feast. There are little divets that should turn to lock in to the base but they don’t work. It’s not just me either, I’ve asked several friends and their boyfriends and no one has been able to get it. Save your money. Go with a different brand.

Nice feeder especially for the price
This is the second automatic feeder I’ve had for my cat. The first one lasted a few years and was a battery only one. While it worked well, it was very hard to change or update schedules. And it went through Batteries. This one is 1/3 size but holds nearly as much food. It is much simpler in the way it works, and I love that it both plugs into the wall as well as has battery backup. Having an app on my phone to set up and control schedules and even feed manually at the push of a button is great. I would say the only negative to this is that the bowl has squared-off sides instead of being rounded like the old bowl. My cat is not a fan of trying to get the food out of the edges quite yet. But he’s picky so you’ll have that. Overall, a very nice feeder, especially for the price.
