Best deal for the price.
This is the 2nd best thing Iâve gotten for the family cat. 1st was the robo litter box. This thing had made the cat be on a diet and less vomiting from stress eating. You can fill the silo up and set for cats desired portions 1-10, mine is set at 5 twice a day and itâs the perfect amount. You can talk to your cat from anywhere with your phone. Also has a live camera so you can use it as security camera as well. Unfortunately you can not see the food in the bowl but can see your kitty eat. Easy set up, and works great.

Broken at 3 months of use
I wish I could attach a picture of what I saw this morning. When I came downstairs, to my horror and the horror of my kitty, there was an entire bag of food in her bowl and on the ground next to it. We got this in August, and set up in September. It was relatively easy for me to set up but you have to be tech savvy – it wasn’t that easy. But here we are now, out $50+ for a unit that just spills food out every time you add food. I’m so angry and of course it happens at Christmas time where buying a new one isn’t really an option. I wasn’t sure we were going to like it, and to be honest, I’ve loved this thing (the app is a little wonky, but does what I want), the food seemed to be feeding out fine, until this morning. I feel bamboozled and now I’m adding to the tech waste and feel even more upset about that. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money on a more reliable product.

I love that I can feed my cat from my phone
The cat feeder is nice quality and I have no complaints. The camera works well and the app is not bad.I’ve gone on vacation and able to have my cat on a routine feeding schedule and I could peek in with the cam to see her while she was eating. Definitely like this feeder, as her bowls are upstairs and If I am being lazy, I can feed her with the manual option from down-stairs. I recommend this automatic feeder.

Well itâll do and the app is great buuuutâ¦
I was really hoping to see the actual food bowl level remotely. I even asked the Ai if the food bowl was visable through the camera and it said it was.Well, I can assure you it does NOT which was the main reason I purchased it. So thatâs a bummer.However, I would still recommend this cat food server if thatâs not a big deal to you.The APP works well and set up was pretty easy and it connects great to our WiFi.Picture quality is pretty good and there is a free APP service that saves videos to the cloud for a short while before asking to upgrade for more cloud storage. I just delete the current videos!Itâs kind of a small bowl and, trust me, itâs NOT for medium or big dogs whatsoever. I guess I can see it working just fine for small dogs though?You can also use the app to send single feedings. So if Iâm unsure if our Duke has any food I can just send him some crunchies from out of town:D

Ok but WiFi connection is awful
EDIT:Customer service can make or break a company and this company must know that. Shortly after posting my original review below, the company reached out and sent me a new feeder that works perfectly. Fingers crossed that it lasts but I just wanted to come update and share the exceptional service they provided.ORIGINAL:This feeder was good when we needed it which was to see our cat while away on a trip and make sure her feedings happened on a regular basis. Fits a good amount of food and even without the WiFi connection, our auto timers are still feeding.The issue is that we updated our WiFi router (to a better one) and havenât been able to connect to the camera since. We canât do ANYTHING on the app. The feeding timers we have set run but I cant add a manual feed, the camera doesnât work, and overall setup no longer works. Itâs EXTREMELY frustrating. For that Iâd say go ahead and try another brand.

No support answer and not ideal product
I decided to make this comment because the seller support does not answer.The main reason I’m returning it is because you cannot see the food on the plate, so for me it’s difficult to trust the programming feature, not just because other users said that it disconnect sometimes and its unable to reconnect remotely, but also because there are other cats that can eat the portion of my cat and for me its indispensable to be aware of the food in the plate.Also the app to use the product is not a good experience for the users, also it has a cost for you to take full advantage of the features like the recording.Last but not least, too important, is that the product is made in order that once you assemble the product it is not possible to remove the hopper so it dosn’t fit anymore in the original box so I do think it dosen’t make it applicable for returns.

Awesome Feeder w/ Great Features
My husband and I have a potbelly pig in our backyard and it gets a bit tricky to get people over here to feed him and our chickens when we go out of town. In order to feed him without needing to ask family and friends for a favor, I ended up taking a chance and purchasing this auto feeder. It works very well and I have adult mini pig feed pellets in there. I have to max out the amount for the timed feeding in order to get close to the amount of food that he eats each time, but, it’s enough and if anything we can just schedule a second feed a little bit afterwards. With 2 feedings a day, I replenish the pellets in there maybe 1 a week or so? Not bad! I am a little concerned how I’m going to house it when the rainy season comes though as the power cord is a covered USB.
