The nutritional value of this trio is outstanding.
I’ve been ordering this product from Amazon for years. It’s hard to find in the stores and ordering from Amazon makes it easy to always have on hand. Getting all three seeds at once is my favorite reason for using this trio. Plus the nutritional value is outstanding. I can get the two pack for about the same price as one jar in the store. Buying from Amazon makes it easy.

So many uses!
I love this seed blend. It’s a great price to get three super seeds. I use them in smoothies and as toppings for things like parfaits and oatmeal. I’m trying to eat healthier and this is an easy addition to make for some extra nutrients.

I add 2 tablespoons of this to my grape nuts everyday for an additional nutrients and fiber. The nutty, earthy taste is a great compliment to my daily healthy eating habits.

I love this stuff. I put it into my overnight oats. I started using this many years ago but lately I have had a hard time finding. It has been sold out everywhere. Including Amazon. But I kept checking & Amazon finally got it in stock. Yay!!!
