nice size container, easy to add to almost anything. The benefits are great and there is almost not taste so I sprinkle on most foods. Just be careful to not eat right out of the container as they expand with moisture and can be a choking hazard.

wonderful superfood
I was recently turned on to chia in my search to add good fats to my diet post-bariatric surgery. Chia is a superfood and is loaded with omega acids, things really missing in the modern diet. Chia is an unprocessed way to get tons of nutrition and good fat (ie…not red meat) and a way to fill yourself up. It can be sprinkled into other foods like yogurt or even made into its own kind of pudding. I always thought chia was for granola health nut types, in other words, not me. But really, chia can be fit into the diet of the average American who simply wants to eat a little bit healthier and care more for their heart and cholesterol counts. No need to be a “health nut” type. Just an inexpensive way to add a lot of nutrition to oatmeal, yogurt or a smoothie.
