Best purchase Iâve made reasonably
Love this product, so pleased I tried it out. The seeds taste fresh and give excellent texture and a little taste to whatever you sprinkle them on. Having these is an easy healthy habit that actually improves the dish. Iâve been enjoying it sprinkled on rice recently. Highly recommend. I like that itâs organic and had multiple seed types.

Oh I was not prepared
This tast like crusty hippo toes and has the texture of the crust that falls off an elephants ass. But this stuff right here, in Oatmeal will have your bowels moving like herd of water buffalo being hunted by a whole herd of lionesses. When I say this stuff works quick my bowels sound like the intro to rack city by Tyga. Go listen to intro if not don’t say I didn’t warn you. This has to be some high quality stuff because this stuff had me feeling brand new. Anyhow I lost some weight and started sleeping better and feeling a lot less crappy. It fresh but I wish you could get it in a bigger size.

The nut quality is very good. Smells and taste nice. I got it for the combination of nuts to-gather and the health benefits it supplies. It was packaged in a sealed bag which was easy to read. Clean seeds. Great variety and value for the money. I didnât get it for the protein content.
