Nice large jar of chia seeds to add to my breakfast dishes
I have been adding chia seeds to several breakfast items for many years. I put a teaspoon in my scrambled eggs and a tablespoon whenever I make oatmeal. These are nice fresh seeds in a large jar that comes with a tamper resistant seal around the lid. They were nice and fresh upon opening and tasted fine when I put them in my oatmeal this morning. The expiration date is a couple years away (I had to hunt a bit to find it on the label), but I still put the jar in the freezer except for a small working container I keep in the fridge.
