As chia as it gets
Well… what can we say about chia seeds? They are, chia seeds! They behave like seeds and they even sprout if you need them too, which means the product is fresh and good quality! Love them in smoothies.

I really love the resealable package.
I bought this to add some extra fiber into my diet. I add a scoop into my fruit smoothies or into my low cal frozen pops. The resealable package is very convenient to use and the included scoop is the right portion for my needs.

Nice product
I have been using these to make a chia seed pudding type snack. I blend the seeds with some water and let sit at room temperature, then blend again to hopefully break any seed clumps up, as they like to do, then I put in the fridge. The seeds seem to soften up really nice having longer to sit. When ready to eat, I mix some herbal tea (to thin) or whatever else suits me. Great way to get the nutrients without all kinds of sugar.

Great value, just be mindful of expiry date
It’s been three months since I purchased these Oh! Nuts chia seeds and I haven’t had any issues with them. I only took away one star because of the expiration date, which is only about nine months from my date of purchase. So just make sure you check the date and be mindful of that. Now, chia seeds will typically be okay for awhile if stored well. But just to be sure they last and don’t go rancid, I put some in a small mason jar and I keep that in the fridge, and the opened bag I put into a freezer zip bag (so it’s double bagged) and I store that in the freezer. So far so good. 🙂
