Customers say
Customers appreciate the stroller’s smooth ride, stability, and design. They find it sturdy, with a suspension system and quality Kenda tires that roll easily on grass or gravel. The harness feels secure, and the stroller is sleek and collapses easily into a trunk. Many are satisfied with the size. However, some customers feel the jogging experience is not as comfortable for their hand position, and the joints feel sloppy. There are also complaints about poor value for money.

Smooth rider
I replaced my existing infantino stroller with this beast. Itâs super smooth and my daughter enjoys the ride as itâs no longer bumpy. I normally use it for walks but feels nice when riding on the grass or gravel. The harness feels pretty secure and the buckle takes some force to unclasp which adds some peace of mind. Stroller is sleek and easily collapses so you can fit into your trunk. It is on the pricier side but wouldnât feel as bad if it included some of the optional accessories that can push the price up.

Issues right out of the box and terrible service
I shopped tirelessly for a jogger and read tons of reviews. Bob seemed to be the way to go and this wayfinder model looks sleek and less plastered with the word BOB obnoxiously all over like other models. So here I am.The instructions are terrible and donât match up to what youâre pulling from the box. I had to watch a you tube video to install the front wheel because the steps in the manual are clearly out of order. It all feels so clunky. The back wheels make a very loud rubbing noise when the stroller is moving. I tested indoors because I assumed it will have to go back. See video. Also, the screw that sticks out on the brake, why, just why? I thought this was in error but looked at other photos in reviews and itâs on every one. This is a $500+ stroller and a large screw intentionally hangs off? No thanks.I contacted Bob for help/troubleshooting and was told I needed to submit a claim with photos and videos and someone would get back to me in a few days. Terrible service in my opinion. So while I think Iâve already made up my mind that this has to go back, Iâm left waiting days for Bob customer service to help and direct me.

High quality compact jogger
This is an incredible jogger stroller that offers lots of great features. It has compatibility with several infant car seats (with BOB adapter) for starting out use as a stroller, plenty of cargo space (for jacket, diaper bag, etc.), suspension system for smooth ride and quality Kenda tires. This is a jogger you can grow with. Consider this if you are already a runner and like going on trails. The jogger is highly compact and this does come with some drawbacks. Iâve found that while jogging, itâs not as comfortable for my hand position to keep both hands on the jogger which leaves me nervous for control. Itâs certainly stable but i could imagine the other strollers available at BOB to be more comfortable for jogging as they do have a wide wheelbase. I would probably still opt for the wayfinder as a better travel stroller, as does take up less room in the car. But this is something to consider if you donât plan on traveling with a jogger like this and would primarily only use at home.

If youâre thinking about itâjust do it.
The BOB Wayfinder is the smoothest stroller Iâve ever had the pleasure of using in my 21 years of mom-ing. Though this is a jogging stroller, you do not need to be a jogging human to appreciate its versatility. Iâve pushed this stroller through wet sand, bumpy pastures, and over rocky trails. It goes anywhere! It was so easy to use in sand that I donât think Iâll have a problem pushing it through a bit of snow this winter. There is enough storage to hold a small diaper bag/rainfly/mosquito netting in the bottom. But I do wish there was more storage near the handle for parents.

Gifted to couple for new baby
Given as a baby shower gift. Seemed to be thrilled with the item.

Horrible Manufacturing
Not worth the price in the slightest. I have had the stroller for less than 6 months and it is already completely unusable. The straps in the back to adjust the seat, which by the way cannot sit fully upright and will piss off your toddler, is sewn in. Because of this, when defects happen like the strap breaking, which should never happen in a stroller costing more than $400, it cannot be replaced with a new strap and the entire stroller becomes defective. Such a waste of time and money. No help from BOB either. Looks like another company lost to fast production and greed.

Decent. But not great in suburban settings.
Itâs been about a year of hard use with our toddler. Itâs held up well and has a good bit of storage. Itâs showing signs of wearing out. The joints just feel sloppier, and the tire donât hold air-but thatâs not a big deal as they donât squish flat when empty and actually give more cushion.Main gripes:Top heavyDoesnât track straight on slanted ground and not enough leverage to compensatePros:Nice tiresRolls easilyOff-road capable. Can carry much more than itâs rated loadThe suspension is cool. But its only function is for steering in jogging mode. Offers no real stability improvements otherwise.
