They’re ok
These collars are ok, but I couldn’t keep them on the pups. I was constantly retightening them bc one side would get pulled out and they were constantly coming off the pups, as in several times a day. However they are soft and I suppose if I could have gotten them to stay on they would have been ideal. The velcro colors always have such rough edges I wanted to try these but ultimately threw them all away.

These work surprisingly well. Too large for neonate Barbets. To some degree they are self adjusting, as the knots are a little on the loose.side. Good purchase. Will use again. Durability unknown.

Dangerous
They are too large for neonatal puppies and if used on puppies with necks large enough for the collars, they will tighten or loosen via puppies biting and pulling on the collars. Also, will tighten or loosen if gripped by mom during cleaning or playing. Never put these on my puppies and threw them away. They are a strangulation hazard. Do not recommend.

Color-Coded Fun: Puppy ID Collars for Our German Shepherd Litter
These Puppy ID Collars have been lifesavers for us! We recently had a litter of 11 German Shepherd puppies, and these colored collars made it so much easier to identify each one. We’ve even given them adorable nicknames based on their collar colors: Limey for bright green, Red for Big Red because he was chubby, and Purps for Purple… The collars are adjustable and comfortable for the puppies, and they’ve held up well through all their playful antics. Highly recommended for anyone with a new litter!

I like the quality and that they seem safe plus they adjust.However they are big for new born puppies. Our pups are 1 week old and this are too big, so if you need something for new born puppies this are not it.The very 1st picture for this product shows a tiny puppy wearing a collar, the photo is deceiving.

Much better than velcro
I’ve been using the welcome collars for years and they just don’t work well. Puppies/mom are always taking them off and it makes for a miserable experience trying to figure out who’s who & tracking weights. These are a million times better. I will say the only thing that was annoying to deal with is that they slip – the paranoid is useful because they can grow with the puppies, however they don’t necessarily stay at the size you put them at. Overall, happy with my purchase and will never go back to velcro collars. Worth it!
