Perfect device for hair removal. Good battery life too
Seems reliable enough for at least 100 uses and has never pinched, cut, or snagged my legs. Be careful around the tweezers if you have long natural nails! I chipped one of mine accidentally

Someone else’s hair in “new” device
Packaging looked new and I was really excited to try it out, but when I turned it on hair flew out of the device. I payed a lot of money for a new device. I should not be receiving a used one, let alone a used one that was not fully cleaned and sanitized. I’m Frustrated and disgusted. I though Braun was supposed to be a good trusted brand. Clearly not if they are marketing repackaged devices as new without even bother to clean and sanitize them. Even then it should be marked as refurbished or something of the sort…not new.

An upgrade
I had another epilator for several years and I felt it was dying so I purchased this machine. Great purchase. As a epilator Epilator, user for years, this is a major improvement. Love the light.

Disappointing.
This shaver does not give you a close shave, you also have to go over the same area multiple times to get a good shave. The guard that comes with it is too tall and you will need a separate trimmer for your privates if you want to get a nice trim.I used to have another shaver from the same brand that did much better than this one, had to let it go because I couldn’t find a way to replace the blades.Sending it back!
