I recently purchased my second Britax One4Life car seat for my little one after we were in a car wreck and I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding quality and features it offers. This car seat has truly exceeded my expectations. We will never buy a different car seat again.First and foremost, safety is paramount when it comes to a car seat, and this product delivers on that front exceptionally well. A monster of a car seat but very solid
We bought this car seat for my first son (born March 2022) and all of the hospital staff were very impressed by how well constructed it is (he had to pass the car seat test after NICU admittance day 2 for jaundice). Purchased it again for our second son due December (couldn’t pass up the July sale).It fit well in my small SUV (Subaru Crosstrek) and fits about the same in our mid-size SUV (Subaru Ascent) using a foam squat pad cut in half against the back of the seat since the seats angle down (necessary to achieve proper angle for squishy newborn, not necessary for toddler or once baby has trunk control). It’s not “easy” to remove and re-install but it’s also fairly straightforward once you do it the first time to manage the ClickTight. It is a large and heavy seat. We used a buckle carrier from birth since this is clearly not the kind of car seat you take out and click into a stroller but that was by choice – I didn’t want him in the car seat any more than necessary as a squishy newborn due to possible positional asphyxiation.First son is still rear-facing, still maximally reclined (long torso and shorter legs haha), falls asleep in it on the regular, has slept in it for 2 hours on a recent road trip which speaks to its being pretty comfortable.

Quick and easy to install!
I was recently in a wreck and had to buy a new car seat. This is the best car seat you could buy, we have two other brand car seats that are very hard to get tightened. This click tight system is the way to go. Seems very comfortable for my toddler and is very easy for me to move from one car to the next. Already had to take the cover off to wash it and it was easy to get off and back on. Best car seat would recommend to anyone! Love the fact that my son car rear face up to 50 pounds in this car seat as well and his legs are not cramped up.

My one year old was in an earlier model of this Britax carseat when we were hit by a drunk driver out of nowhere. Our car was totaled, but my son was safely cocooned in his carseat, and thankfully didn’t even have a scratch.This new version is even easier to install than the last one. The straps adjust easily and I’m able to move the headrest and change the strap height without having to rerun the straps.I love that we are able to use it to continue to keep him rear facing for quite some time.It has a simple, classic design, and would match most car interiors. It’s also easy to clean.We are Britax customers for life.
