I’ve been an avid drone owner/operator for years. When I came across this drone I knew I wanted to add it to my ever growing collection! I’ve spent a lot of time with this drone going over All the features it offers and have been Impressed with its performance. It’s Very Easy to Operate even if you’re new a drone operator/first time flyer. The Auto Hover feature is brilliant and takes all the stress and guess work out of your launch of the drone.The drone will stick/hold the altitude you’re flying making so you’re free to release the sticks on your RC(remote control)at this point! This drone features pretty much all the same options More Expensive drones offer except obstacle avoidance. As long as you’re familiar with the terrain you’re flying in, obstacle avoidance isn’t a big deal and def not a reason for me to pass on this drone!Battery life for me with this drone has been Great! There’s been several times I’ve actually been able to fly longer than the listed 25 minutes per battery. If it’s extremely windy outside and you’re zipping around doing a lot of high speed flying and up and down flying, sure the battery might not get a full 25 minutes of flight, that’s totally understandable and expected. I find the more I fly and drain my batteries, the more actual flight time I’m achieving! The first few flights I was getting 20 to 22 minutes. Now though after many flights, battery life has improved for me!This drone checks off all the boxes for me when it comes to a great drone with good features/options. BUT, what happens if/when I experience an issue with the drone….Having a drone that functions just as you’d hope it would and then some is one part, the other part of being happy with the drone purchase is Service After the Sale!! Customer service is Highly Important to me especially for what a Quality Drone like this one cost!I had approximately one week left prior to my 30 day return policy was set to expire. I had an issue pop up with the drone in this last week of return time! I went back and forth trying to figure out if I wanted to ship it back to Amazon or give Customer Service a shot at addressing the issue. I had read in several other reviews that customer service was good. Well it’s Not just “Good”, its PHENOMENAL! I emailed customer service late on a Saturday. I def didn’t expect a response back over the weekend and figured it would be mid week before I heard back, WRONG!! I received an email from Customer Service on Sunday(the very next day!!)Early Morning!!I want to Spotlight Customer Service Representatives “Smith” and “Joy”. Both corresponded with me via email several times and made me totally comfortable and at ease with contacting them instead of just shipping back the drone to Amazon. They addressed my issues and took everything over for me only wanting copies of my flight logs/records. They sent me links with detailed instructions on how to download those files and email them back to them. I’m as thrilled with Smith and Joy as I am with the drone itself! Both were Professional, Clear, and Concise with ALL correspondences to me! I also want to spotlight others with BWINE that work behind the scenes with logistics and technical support as both did great as well!I’m Very Happy with this drone as well as Customer Service! In my opinion, Customer Service is Equally as Important as the drone is! They took all the guess work out for me with the issue I was having being professional and fast with the entire process! This drone would make a good addition to anyones drone collection as well as to a brand new drone operator. It offers a ton of great features/options and equally Important, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Def Recommend a Purchase!

I purchased this drone after purchasing another drone and having multiple issues with the original and it’s replacement. I wanted something that could be used by an inexperienced drone operator but had good functionality.I got the drone and unboxed it, and the first thing that I noticed is that there are small yellow stickers on many parts of the drone with info or instructions (which was nice). There is basically no assembly required and as long as you follow the directions, it is pretty easy set up. The app that comes with the drone also has step by step instructions and visual demonstrations for each step so that there are no doubts.Once I had everything out and set up, I was able to get the drone in the air and fly around the area without any real issues, althogh I did pretty quickly learn to use very gentle movements of the joysticks. The drone has the capability to make rapid horizontal movements and is able to gain altitude quickly. When bringing the drone back to the ground the rate of decent is fairly slow, and I suspect that is for safety.The camera took a couple of attempts to master. I originally thought that the tilt function wasn’t working, but I finally realized that it is just a slow movement in the beginning and then speeds up the longer you hold the dial. The camera is very stable, even when the drone is making rapid movements and in windy conditions. The zoom function leaves a little to be desire as it appears to be a digital zoom as opposed to an optical zoom so it get grainy the futher out you zoom. You can add a micro SD card to the camera and it will accomodate up to 128GB capacity according to the documentation. It says that it is a 4K camera, but I am not sure about that, but without it being zoomed in, the picture is very clear.While still getting the hang of flying the drone I did hit a small branch of a tree and the drone handled it just fine. There was not noticable damage, except to the leaves on the tree which got shredded by the blades. On a seperate flight I accidentaly got too close to a solid object and made contact. The drone was only a couple of feet off the ground and took the impact well. The only noticable damage was a bent blade, but it was easily bent back in place and flies just fine. The drone does come with some replacement parts including blased, screws, etc.The application has some fun features that I have not had the opportunity to fully explore, but seem pretty self-explanitory. There is a follow me function where the drone will follow, a circle me mode that will allow you to set a radius for the drone to circle you (or an object), and a hand gesture mode that prompts the drone to take a photo if it detects the proper hand gesture.Overall, I would say that for the price, and for a beginner this is a pretty good drone. It comes with a bag, some replacement parts, and it has plenty of directions to make everything pretty simple. So far I would say that it is a good buy!
