Not instant dissolve
When added to hot coffee, sticky lumps form that have to be stirred vigorously to break up. The instructions also warn about trying to dissolve in cold water. Other collagen powders will instantly dissolve in hot coffee without stirring.On the plus side, it has no taste or odor.No scoop is included and nutritional info is for 2 Tbsp, but to get the advertised 20 g of collagen you need 4 Tbsp. The container yields 12.5 20 g servings.

Bad taste, racing heart
After trying my first serving, my heart started to race and palpitate. It also tasted bad (aftertaste) and lumped up a lot even in room temp drink. Tried to return it but they wonât accept returns.
