Sprouted for max nutritional value, and ground for max digestibility. Having no flavor and little perceivable texture, this can be added to oatmeal, salads, bread dough, drinks, … lots of things, to increase fiber, protein, and omega-3 with little to no impact on consistency or flavor. Alternatively, if soaked, will develop a pudding-like consistency which can be used to make a dairy-free pudding, or to thicken various fluids.
