I adopted my cat from her previous owner and she came with some behavioural problems surrounding the use of her litter box (she previously had to share one box among THREE cats and apparently they bullied her out of it a lot). My experience with this order was seamless. We have two cats that don’t always like each other, nor do they always play nicely. We read the reviews and figure we’d try the TopSum Calming Cat Pheromone brand. We also ordered the diffuser for them. All the items arrived quickly and were packaged great as nothing leaked. The diffuser itself is a cute chicken like head design (only option at the time of my purchase) but I just wish it didn’t have a ‘yellow beak’…it stands out too much in my opinion. We are pleased with the calming factor which is most important, the cats seem to be getting along better. I recommend this product.
