Best scratching post I’ve bought for our cats. Very sturdy and in the same condition as though it’s not being used! Highly recommend!

Nice scratching post, broke within a month, great customer service
First off, this is a great quality scratching post – it just has a big design flaw. Both of our cats (a 15-year-old and a 2-year-old) loved it, and it seems to be made out of nicer materials than other posts we’ve had. We got it for the younger cat since he’s pretty tall, and it worked well for his height. The sisal is kind of a mat that’s wrapped around the tree, rather than rope, so it won’t come unraveled, and the carpet at the base is good quality. After a little over a month of regular use by both cats, the tree wasn’t showing any major signs of wear and tear. But one of the times the younger cat scratched on it, he pulled it over, and it broke in two pieces. I contacted the company, Yuloyi, and they got back to me almost immediately. Within about a day, I had a full refund. So bottom line – tree gets 3 stars because the materials they use are nicer than many, and it’s a great tree for taller cats, but if it tips over, it’ll probably break. Seller gets 5 stars for fast response and for making things right so quickly!
