My cats absolutely LOVE “clamshells,” aka round hammocks
I have several cats and several cat “trees” or kitty condos which all have a minimum of three levels and all of my cats try to push each other out of the round hammocks or “clam shells,” as I’ve come to call them. This is one feature of these fixtures that none of my cats have gotten bored of. I once had a litter of kittens who would all sleep on top of each other in one of the clamshells as soon as they were able to climb up to the tree and get inside of it. I don’t have enough room to get anymore large cat trees with clamshells so when I saw this small perch with a clamshell, I thought it was a perfect compromise. As suspected, all of my cats wanted dibs on the round hammock immediately. I think they like the fact that the hammock in somewhat hidden under a level of carpeted perch wood rather than hanging out from the rest of the tree, as their other hammocks do. This is nicely carpeted in a neutral color that matches most rooms, doesn’t take up much space and deters cats from scratching furniture and walls. It is well made and feels like it will be durable.

Two Paws Up – or Four!
My rescue kitties enjoy little luxuries & this cat bed/hammock/perch became an immediate favorite – fast! While initially one didn’t want to share, they made amends and now enjoy it together in harmony. (See photos LOL). The material is very soft & my adult kitties fit perfectly.In terms of quality, it is excellent. The top platform has a removable cover so it can be easily laundered. Everything fits tightly & it does not wobble when they jump in/out. Assembly is very simple & is best accomplished, as noted in the directions, when performed upside down. It comes with an extra set of toys which is a great little perk – through no quality fault, my experience has shown that they’ll be needed LOL. What’s nice is that they attach to small brackets rather than being embedded in the piece so they can easily be replaced. Other small touches that add to the quality are the rubber feet to protect the floor & prevent the piece from sliding as well as a strap to secure it to a wall. While I didn’t need the latter, it is another touch that indicates care.Overall, it’s a very nice, well-designed piece that looks good in my home, and surely gets 2 or 4 paws up. 5 Stars for sure!

Our orange cat approves
This is definitely our cat’s new indoor jungle gym. It has so far held up well to her destructive ways and jumping all over it daily. The base is very sturdy with a good weight to it. The base is doing well keeping the whole cat tower upright while she jumps off of the top level while playing.The cat tower came with the fabric covered base plate, four fuzzy cat toys, the support posts, a center hammock, a fabric covered top level, a cushioned cat bed for the top level, assembly hardware, and assembly instructions. It took me less than half-an-hour to put it all together and less than a minute for our cat to get into the pictures to check it out.It’s a pretty decent cat tower and play area for her. It has held up well so far to daily use and has given our cat a new area to jump up on without getting into areas she shouldn’t. The real test is how long she will continue to use it before moving on to the next thing. Hopefully it will continue to be the main attraction for her for months to come. 5 stars.

Perfect for my kitties!
My cats absolutely love this cat tree! I assembled it quickly and easily, and in no time, two of my cats were competing for space on the hammock while the other had the top perch all to herself! It was quite amusing to watch!The perch and hammock cat tree is made from quality materials, and the entire structure is sturdy, with no wobbling. It also features two hanging balls for extra playtime, and the perch cover is machine washable, which is a plus for removing hair, hairballs, and whatever else that might accumulate there. Â Overall, Iâm thrilled with the Huspet Perch and Hammock Cat Tree, and I know my cats will get hours of enjoyment and snooze time on it!

Easy to assemble & my cats love it
This little cat tree is perfect for my two cats! They are a little shy, but once I set them on this they curled right up in their respective spots and laid there for over an hour. They now hop readily in/on this cat tree. They also really enjoyed the little balls a LOT. I estimated it would take two hours for them to destroy them (my cats are 1 yr olds) but they lasted overnight!The one thing that would improve the assembly portion of this would be to have the fabric pre-cut where the screws are supposed to go through it. However, I didn’t take a star away from the total review for that because it’s also kind of nice that it isn’t like that so there isn’t a gap in the fabric and the screw in the bases/platforms.

Does its job!
My cats love this. My girl (pictured) was already trying to scratch and rub on it as we were putting it together. It was easy to set up and fairly stable. My biy cats is big (not really fat, he’s just a large cat) and he’s able to lay on it fine. He is more cautious when he scratches at it, though, since it’s not heavy and would move if he puts all his weight on it. Its probably better for average sized cats and kittens, but I like it regardless.

Poorly made
I got this for our new kitten. We assembled this and noticed that some of the stitching is very poor and will come undone easily. We had to re-sew it ourselves. This wasn’t difficult, but it seems that for the price of this, it should be sewn better.Our cat loves it.

Cats love it
The cats really do like this. It’s comfortable in the hammock, and even the top shelf they sit at regularly. Assembling this wasn’t difficult, but having precut holes, or even better, holes with grommets to guide and secure the hammock, would be better than having to put the hole in yourself.It comes with a strap to attach to a wall. I don’t like it, nor want to do that, so it is a little less sturdy. I’ve already had to retighten everything once, and I only set it up 3 weeks ago.
