I got this for my furry friend and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. This pet fountain water bowl not only replicates the natural preference of pets for drinking flowing water, but it also increases the oxygen content of the water, making it fresher and more appealing to my dog. One of the key features that stood out to me is that it comes with 4 replacement filters and its price. This is incredibly convenient as I don’t have to refill it every day, giving me peace of mind if I forget to fill it for a couple of days or if you have cats you don’t have to worry about them not having water if you are away for a few days! The fountain is also very quiet, which is a huge plus for me and my dog as he can be very skittish sometimes with loud noises, at first I was afraid he wouldn’t like this but he warmed up to it fast and has no issues with it.I feel like he drinks cleaner water now. The design keeps the water moving and fresh, ensuring that my pet always has access to clean water. without dust/debris/hair. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean, thanks to the included pipe cleaner. Taking it apart for cleaning is a breeze if you follow the directions and replacement parts are affordable.I did have an issue with mine breaking, but the Seller was quick to provide me with a replacement that works perfectly.Although I wish there was a window to see when the water needs to be refilled, it’s easy enough to lift the lid to check. The capacity is great, so I don’t have to refill it constantly.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this water fountain. It’s a fantastic value for the money and has made a noticeable difference in the quality of water my dog drinks. I highly recommend this product to any pet owner looking to provide their furry friend with a continuous supply of fresh, clean water who doesn’t want to fill it consistently.

Easy to clean
Easy to clean. Quiet. Have a cat that is finicky about water. He will drink from this. It has some weight to it and a wide base so my cat cannot turn it over. Holds enough water that we can go away for 4 days and not worry that our cat will have no water left when we get back. I hand clean it but the metal parts could probably go in the dishwasher. It does have two different types of filters but it is not cost prohibitive.

NO NAME BRAND IMPRINTED AS ADVERTIZED
I really love the basic very short spout. That means you can keep it easily squeaky clean & is far more hygienic than anything longer, curved, or plastic spouts. The steel, short & basic spout wins me over. I didn’t see the name brand “Rellaty” imprinted on the tub as in the promotion/post pics. It may be a smart business decision to cut costs, but I need to be suspicious of anything these days. Steel quality is very important to consider & the better quality, the better. If it is dishwasher safe, that’s a great clue, it’s OK & safe for kitty or puppy to use. It’s not 1080 steel but good human grade quality that you don’t need to worry about putting in the dishwasher & seeing chrome spots all over. My kitty took to it right away. No problem. She likes fountains in general LOL. I cannot find a customer service number on their Amazon page. They advertise that they are a 24/7 customer service brand located in CA, but I don’t see any link for help. Ah, it’s there inserted among the questions & answers! These two things: Lack of immediate & clear customer service contact information that you need to do a special search for in the questions & answers to find & not having the name brand imprinted on the product are two suspect details. Perhaps the lack of name brand on the product is only a few dollars cut-costs business decision, however I’d like to know why & probably it’s not important. Quiet motor indeed! Never heard anything more quiet. The cover keeps the water in the tub extra clean as it all drains thru the filter & water delicately & delightfully pouring out from the spouts onto the cover is an invitation to drink more. I like it & purchased 4 of them! Tips for cleaning: Wash small parts & pump with dish soap & baking soda. The small brush is all you need. You can go into the part of chamber covering the pump that is not removable with the small brush & easily swish about into the corners while you dunk it in dish soap & baking soda. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Purchasing two would be ideal because you can use one while you can let parts of the other dry out thoroughly. Preventing mold is very easily done by detailed washing and washing often–I would suggest once a week using the brush for all small hidden parts. You won’t need anything other than the small brush & a wash cloth. One more tip: If you press the middle part of the top down once the water is at the desirable amount, you will notice that the top snuggly stays in place with no worry because that secures the suction of the cups which are at the bottom of the pump to the bottom of the tub. Even if you don’t do that, the top remains in place with no worry.

I was afraid my cats wouldn’t like it or would be scared of it, but this was not the case. They took to it right away. Easy to clean, easy to assemble, very quiet. It holds quite a bit of water I am glad I made this purchase.

Great and water flow is better than the previous devices I used.
