Iâve used C4 pre workout for years. Iâve tried several over the years and C4 works the best for my needs. I like something that packs a bit of a punch without making me feel jittery. Switched over from the strawberry/watermelon as it has a weird bitter aftertaste; the blood orange is much better, if a bit mellow in flavor (but it’s preworkout, not sipping it you know?).Great pump, no jitters.

Works welll. Will only buy when on sale though. Can feel it working about 15 minutes after consumed and you may need to use bathroom

If youâre new to high stimulant preworkout id advise that you ease into this one because this will wreck you. iâm about 30 mins into my workout rn (aprox. 1hr after taking 1 scoop) and i feel like ð©. i feel nauseous and my stomach feels funny. iâve previously taken half a scoop and it felt way better than how i feel now and something told me to go all the way and take a full scoop now i regret it.The taste is ok. nothing too bad but it isnât something i look forward to drinking. it leaves a weird after taste and kinda has like a chalky feel to it.overall this pre is good but i wont be taking a full scoop anymore.
