it does its job
I started this supplement a while ago and have just started my third bottle. After all this time, I can confidently confirm that this supplement WORKS. Everybody’s metabolism/appetites are unique to their own systems, so how much weight/side effects also depend. Regardless, the supplement does what it advertises.I was reading over reviews and many of the negative ones complained of a racing heart, sweating, jitters, and even feeling sick. But here’s the thing, this is a thermogenic FAT BURNER. These side effects are to be expected if you take something like this. The generalized purpose of a THERMOGENIC fat burner is to raise the body’s core temperature, thus speeding up the metabolic process which is how fat burning happens. The raised heart rates and hot flashes are normal when taking this kind of product. I recommend taking it on days you are going to work out, as you’ll sweat/burn calories more, and you won’t be sitting trying to concentrate with all the pent up energy. In fact, I used to use this as a pre workout when I ran out of my old powder.My personal experience: Pardon the TMI, but this product makes me have to pee… a lot. It also makes me sweat easier and have a very high heart rate which makes my face quite flushed, but I expected this. I lost a lot of water retention and bloating. As for weight loss, my overall weight fluctuates like crazy. I can wake up 118 lbs, be 127 in the afternoon, and go back down to 120 all in the span of a day. Because this supplement makes me have to pee a lot, plus the extra calorie burning from the raised heart rate/core temperature, I did in fact lose weight. It also helps me control my eating. I meal prep, but struggle with snacking out of boredom. This has worked as a great appetite suppressant, and as long as you are safe and keep eating your three meals a day or whatever you’d eat normally minus the unnecessary snacking (if that was a problem for you) you should be fine.As someone who used to have an eating disorder, this (bear with me) has HELPED me with my relationship with food. I know that sounds crazy, but it has shown me how significant the temporary water retention/weight is to my overall ACTUAL body weight. This lessens the guilt I feel after eating because I know the increased scale number is not real. Obviously this will not be the case with others, this is just my personal experience.Take this supplement with caution, for the right reasons, and be smart with it.

Super hd, definitely works it decreases appetite, gives me energy, and even kind puts me in a good mood. With that said, the side effects can be kind of narly. You have to take it with a decent meal and at least 12oz of water or else you migth get jittery and get headaches or stomach issues. I take half the pill with breakfast, and I usually don’t need the other half.

300lb man going on my 3rd week. It works.
So, going on to my 3rd week of my 60 count Super HD supp. Iâm not new to supps, or fitness, but I do have to say that I havenât worked out at all in the 2 weeks of taking this and Iâm currently down 10lbs. So hereâs what I feel like it has done for me: 1. Caffeine. Iâm a coffee drinker daily, I have my kurig setup with my 1 pike kpod every morning with my super HD pill and all of my other supps. And Iâm jittery AF. Not necessarily an hour or 2 after taking both but more like 4-5 hours after ingestion is when it peaks. 2. No Appetite, or lack there of. Letâs just say for the past 3 days Iâve been doing 24hr. fasts. And not on purpose, I love food and candy. This just makes anything you eat disgust you. Iâve ordered chick-fila, in-n-out, pizza you name it. Iâll have a bite or two and Iâll throw out most of my meal. It seems to make food and or anything other than water actually taste gross. Itâs kind of concerning I may have to taper off or cut my pills in half. 3. You will sweat! Immediately taking the supp youâll start to feel warm accompanied by increasingly wet areas on the body, until youâre getting your haircut and seating into the chair. Lmao that was me today, sorry Kasey ð¤£, but for real I feel like a woman with hot flashes. 4. Overall itâs a good product if you want a stimulant to control your appetite. For me, the caffeine maybe a bit much as I am literally no longer eating normally. Itâs a great thermogenic as you will feel warm and then to sweat so I would definitely recommend taking this as a pre. I plan on going into the gym staring this week while I finish the product. I know it will continue to help me reach my goals. I was always skeptical about products like these, but after giving it a try itâs a thumbs up for me and I will continue to use it until it stops working for me. The price is right for the 60ct so give it a try, like I said Iâm finishing my 2nd week or my 28th pill and it has kicked in I would say after the first complete week of taking it (14 pills). HOWEVER, here is all that I am currently taking in conjunction with Super HD: mens 1 a-day, probiotic, ashwaganda, Tongkat Ali. Iâm a 300lb pretty sedentary adult male 32 years old, healthy otherwise.
