Good slow Customer Satisfaction
I ordered this charger a couple of weeks ago skeptical that it might not work on my 2022 MacBook Air. It seemed like it plugged into the USB-C port, and I was not sure if it could charge my computer’s battery that way. But I needed to charge my battery, and I had left my Apple charger at home. I plugged in the charger and inserted the cord into the computer port. Soon a repeating beeping began and a window opened on my desktop warning mw that this device was not actually charging my battery. Pretty handy notice! So took a screen shot of the desktop and sent it along with an explanation to saturndock. A few days later I received a message from them saying the unit might be defective and they were sending me a replacement if I wanted it. I said Yes! A week went by. They never confirmed they were sending the replacement, but… in the mail came the replacement. I installed it and it charges the computer perfectly through the USB-C port!

stopped working after 1 year- do not recommend
I’m disappointed to report that my battery charger light has started flashing on and off, and now is not charging my computer very well. Currently, it is barely charging as it goes on and off every couple of seconds. Therefore, it will charge by tomorrow. Also, it makes that beeping sound every time it turns on and off, so it disturbs my sleep and daytime activities while charging. The charger is well cared for and looks new with no signs of damage, just started acting up yesterday. I did not expect to have to replace my charger this soon. Do not recommend the product.UPDATE: I went to their website, and there was no visible way to contact the company. So I reached out to Amazon. They passed my message along, and I was able to get through. The company is sending a new charger. It should arrive in the next few days. Meanwhile, I went to town and bought a certified MAC charger for double the price. I can’t wait for days to be able to charge and use my laptop. I needed access immediately. However, I just wanted to let folks know that they did take responsibility and are sending a new charger, but I likely will stick to certified products going forward to avoid this type of inconvenience.

Charges Macbook Air fast, but remember chargers only charge fast when battery is low. If you are trying to just top it off I find most chargers are the same as the battery charges slower in the end and only allows what it need to finsh safely.

the Product is good for laptop, it charges well and fast but its bad for my phone (google pixel), the charger gives power and then stoppes every 2 seconds (on my phone). i recommend it for your laptop tho
