Good product, good value, easy to ingest
I’ve only been taking these for a couple weeks, so I haven’t really notice any immediate reaction/results. However, this product is easy to take and used. I take 1 tablet daily in the evening after dinner. It’s suggested that you take 1 or 2 tablet daily with a meal (most often than not, in the a.m. and p.m.) and do not exceed the recommended dose.I didn’t notice any adverse reaction, nor pain relief like some had claim. Since I’m naturally very healthy and fit. So I’m not really taking this product for weight loss or any other health issues. I mainly want to try this product out for the nature/benefit of Chia seeds. I did notice that this product provides “beauty benefits” although, I do have really good skin, I do see slight improvement on my skin’s texture/glow. Overall, I do like this product and would like to see what it can do after using for longer periods.

Great omegas! – NO FISH! YEAY!!
I love that I can get omegas without having to use fish oil!! I hate fish oil supplements and this Chia Seed supplement is the best! I take it at night because it helps me sleep … I found this out when I was taking it in the morning and felt like taking a nap all day. It doesn’t knock you out or anything … but it does help with relaxation. It also has helped with my rosacea a little bit. It doesn’t seem as angry red as it usually is. I haven’t had any issues with using it (no digestive issues, allergies, or otherwise), so it’s really a blessing to find this omega product without fish!! (Ick!) Yeay!!

No after taste like the fish oil
I did not notice anything different from taking the chia seed oil but I have only been on it for 2 weeks. I want to give it a full 2 months before I can give a true review. I do like the idea of taking the supplement because I can’t always add chia seed in my diet. I do believe this is a great alternative.

A must buy!
I read so many great things about chia seeds and my main reason for getting them was to aid me in losing weight. They’re loaded with Antioxidants, also a high-quality protein, which I need because I don’t eat meat, low in calories, and it’s one of the best nutrients to consume. I’m happy with this bottle and feel great after taking them. The pills are easy to swallow and not too big. You won’t find a better brand and bang for your buck than this one. I also wanted to stop taking so many different supplements, this one pill gets rid of a few I was taking. I’m a customer and user for life.

Best non caffeinated source of day long energy
I have been searching for a non caffeinated option for energy and I found it. Chia seed oil is awesome and so easy to take. Iâm in training for a marathon and this is by far the best supplement Iâve taken. There is no buzz or jitter and no acceleration of energy. You just donât get tired. Chia has always been this and the oil is an easy and fast way to get it. I will be taking this for the rest of my life.

Not as described(implied) but an OK product
I am writing this review because I’ve been offered a free second bottle to do so.I have been taking this product for two days, and don’t expect to see any impact on my health or weight loss until I have been taking it for a longer period of time. My biggest criticism is the lack of nutritional information, and the somewhat misleading implication in the product description that the product contains fiber. As you can see from the photo, the capsules contain pure oil, unlike what the picture in the product description appears to contain. Overall, even though this product is not exactly as described I believe that it will still be a good product to use as it is a sustainable source of healthy fats.

Noticeable Energy
I have been taking my Chia Seed Oil pills for a week now and the thing I notice the most is more energy. I do actually notice some appetite suppression as well which is the reason I purchased them. One other item to note is that it gives me a little dry mouth which I consider a positive because I am now drinking more water. The pills are easy to swallow and I do not get the burps like I would with the fish oil pills. I have not gotten any nausea either which of course is a big plus. I am not able to take many vitamins because they make me very nauseous. All and all I give this product 5 stars.

Capsules leak and are all stuck together.
These capsules are not tightly sealed. They are the kind of capsules that you can open, when they should be like vitamin E capsules which are fully sealed. Almost all of the capsules were stuck together. I managed to loosen two of them but the rest were stuck with the oil oozing out of them. These are not eligible for return, so I had to take several extra steps to get to customer service which agreed to refund my account.
