Good lymphatic stimulation massage pad
This is an interesting product in that it’s literally “motors” doing the massage – not the typical vibration kind, but sort of a targeted vibration.Pros: VERY light, so very portable. Best used lying flat, I think. Gives a good lymphatic drainage because it’s a gentle targeted vibration. Mode 3 was my favorite, as the sequence of the motors actually is relaxing and feels like it’s doing more than the other modes. You can adjust your positioning so it targets your calves or other body parts.Cons: Motors don’t move, so if you’re really tall, the “leg” motors might not actually hit your lower legs. I’m 5’6, and it hit right behind my knee. You need space to roll it out and lie on it. I tried all three modes of strength, and even at high, it’s not that high (though I have a high tolerance for massage). The heat is very light, so there is definitely no burn risk.Overall, I would say this is a good massage pad for just lying down and zoning out for 30 minutes or so, with a benefit of some lymphatic drainage maybe. However, if you have areas of real pain, there are other massage pads from Comfier that are stronger and have the shiatsu feel.

Works well. Heat gets pretty hot, almost too hot, but feels great. The vibration settings are wonderful. The only downfall is the discs in it can be uncomfortable when sitting in a chair. But overall, I love it!

This chair is very easy to use and love the fact it is portable. Perfect for sitting in a chair or laying on the couch. The heat function is fantastic and allows the muscles to warm up so the massager is more effective. It is a little loud, but the massager works well. Worth the money .

Thermostat is not reliable!
WARNING! This massage mat worked fine for five weeks, but 9 days after the return window closed (!) the heating element went haywire. I had dozed off but leaped out of the recliner thinking my backside was on fire! I even checked the upholstery to make sure it wasn’t smoldering. Since then, I have tried it and the same thing happens: The thermostat does not turn off the heat when it reaches a certain temperature. I would not buy this brand again. The other issue is that I am 5’6″ and this mat is made for a much shorter person. The massage points are misaligned for me. Also, someone should inform the manufacturer that the “lumbar” region is not the buttocks area! I have another massage mat, by Comfier, that I purchased in May of 2023, and it is still working perfectly.

This massage mat is a lifesaver! The soothing heat and intense massage effectively relieve back pain and muscle tension. It’s incredibly easy to use and the intensity is perfect. I find it incredibly relaxing and would highly recommend it to anyone needing muscle relief.

Very disappointed
I purchased this in January of this year and started having issues after just a few months.The vibration in the mat started getting very loud to the point that it would keep meawake and/or unable to watch TV. In addition, it has little to no padding so the vibrationnodes can become very uncomfortable. I have purchased several massage pads and this onewas the worst.
