Seems to work greatâ¦.but they taste HORRIBLE
Sorry if this is TMI, but someone may be looking for the same thing, so I thought it was important to share. Iâve been having trouble with constipation. I donât really eat like I should, on top of the fact that I take a medication that causes constipation. Iâve tried everything, stool softeners, laxitives, even enemas, all with no or very little results. I found this and saw that it was supposed to help with that, plus give you energy and thought it would be worth a try. The firs day that I took them, I was able to go. I have been having some cramping since taking them, but I hope once Iâm better regulated this will subside. I havenât noticed an increase in energy yet, but itâs only been a few days. The only bad thing is they have an absolutely terrible vitamin taste. It takes everything in me to keep them down. I wish they came in a better tasting gummy or something like that, but Iâm going to try and make it work. Iâve even bought my daughter some, as she doesnât really like a lot of vegetables. Sheâs having a hard time with the taste too, but not having and stomach cramping or any other issues.

Can’t swallow the capsules
One reason I bought these was because several of the reviews I read before buying said they were very easy to swallow. That is not the case for me. Since that didn’t work I decided to open the capsules and mix the powder in juice or some other liquid. I found that I couldn’t just twist them open like I have done with other capsules. I couldn’t do that either. I ended up having to cut them open with scissors. After all that I decided it was too much trouble and I quit trying to use them.
