For when you just need to keep going.
Sometimes you’re on the go and can’t stop for a meal. These have provided me the energy needed to keep going for a few more hours. They are packed with energy, taste good, and are well portioned. Consider some other varieties for more or less sugar to the nutrition provided.These do not replace a full meal and might not fill you completely during high energy tasks such as climbing or hiking, but they do help tie things over for a little while when energy is low. It is that little bit that is often needed to make it to the next stop. They are also on the expensive side of snacks, but the quality make them worth it.

I love a cliff bar with a V8 can of vegetable juice when in a rush in the mornings. But your doctor will say no. Too many carbs and sugar. V8 has too much salt unless you pay more for the low sodium cans. Why do we pay more for less? I figure salt is everywhere. A cliff bar is not going to make a difference once or twice a week. Neither will a can of V8 juice. Enjoy a quick and easy hunger suppressant.

These are great energy bars. They taste okay. You might even say that they are difficult to eat, just wash them down with milk. I do think that this food is mostly healthy and organic.
