Good protein
I order these on a protein bar rotation for my kids to take to sports and for me to eat on the go at work. We order them, get tired of them, order different ones, then circle back. I do love the flavor. Not sweet, but a good minty chocolate.
Erica J Stephan –
tasty
These tasted good for a change, are filling, and serve their purpose.

Awesome! Delicious & affordable high-protein breakfast with NO dishes!
As a busy and tired parent, I often want to meet the day by reducing my workload. Sometimes even eating well can feel like a chore (especially because I’m fighting my way back to life after a chemical TBI & NDE from quaternary janitorial chemicals) but I’m committed to improving my health.I’m more productive and optimistic when I’ve had a good breakfast and have incorporated one of these delicious bars (along with a few dried prunes, dates, or cranberries) into my morning routine for the past week and LOVE them. I usually eat a whole bar at 7 am and don’t get hungry until about 11 am. Sometimes I’ll be satisfied with half – and eat the other half around 9 am with a banana or an apple. My teenager is an avid cross-country runner and has been asking for a bar on his way to 7 am runs with his team (5 to 9 miles daily). He’s eating my supply – as teens often will – but I’m happy he likes these as he’s usually quite picky about protein bars & shakes. The flavor reminds me of a girl scout thin mint cookie. I like the peanut butter flavor as well.I keep one or two in my purse for those hangry moments that occasionally arise. Much better than candy or fast food.I’ll definitely be purchasing & eating these on a regular basis. I love them!P.S. Drink plenty of water when you eat these as they are more like a meal than a snack. ð

Decent flavor
These are very cheap on sale and have decent macros. They taste a little more minty and rice crispy than chocolately. It’s a workout snack, just eat it.

Great taste
These are my go-to on the go meal replacement. Tasty and very filling. I love the Chocolate Mint with a cup of coffee!

Low calorie and taste fine
20g of protein, they taste fine. Not as nice a chocolate bar, but they are low cal, high protein. Good snack

Chocolate mint is really nice.
I love this light mint flavor. Bar is slightly dry but feels good to chew.

Nearly perfect food for this egg eating “vegan”
My body thrives on protein and bloats on starches, dairy, and meats. At my age protein and strict budgets dominate. So I eat lots of eggs as one of the planet’s “perfect” sources of protein at rock bottom prices. I tried another high protein vegan bar at 21gm per bar. It had two things wrong with it: it cost over $2 and was totally devoid of flavor. My research into high protein vegan bars spotlighted this brand. The chocolate mint was tasty (a bit subdued for my palate), the ingredients outstanding, and less than half the cost of the first bar I tried. I compared with three eggs to match the protein content, and this bar comes very close the the “perfect” food. Compared with eggs, the pros are: 9gm fat vs 15 for eggs; 200mg sodium vs 210 for eggs; 31gm carbohydrates vs. 0 for eggs; 3gm dietary fiber vs 0 for eggs. The cons: 6gm sat. fat vs 4.8 for eggs; $1.03 for one bar vs $0.64 for 3 eggs (18 count, Walmart). The cost differential disappears when I could afford free range eggs. In short, these bars are now a staple in my weight control diet.
