Great product
Love that this dissolves easily and is unflavored!Iâve tried many different collagens over the years. While this one only has 12g of collagen, itâs still a competitive choice. My hair grows quickly, and I have an overall improvement with my skin and nails. I purchased this one because it has type II collagen, but havenât noticed a difference in joint pain. Iâve been taking this for a few months now and will continue to. Great price as well!

Great Product
I started using collagen peptides recently for joint maintenance and repair. The verdict is still out as to whether or not it’s going to make a difference for me. But I haven’t been taking collagen for very long and I’m told it can take a while to notice the effects.When I started taking collagen, I was using a different brand (Garden of Life). It has types I and III collagen has a high protein profile per serving and is supposed to be flavorless. It is not. I found that the Garden of Life product didn’t mix very well and if not diluted and/or mixed enough, would have a taste I didn’t find agreeable at all.CONTRAST THIS WITH DOUBLE WOOD collagen peptides. First, it’s cheaper per unit than the GOL brand. Granted you don’t get as much per serving. But it mixes and dissolves into any liquid very, very well. The best part, no taste. It says it’s flavorless…and it REALLY is. Lastly, it has not only TYPE I AND TYPE III collagen, but ALSO TYPE II, and that’s the one which specifically targets joints. If you look around, you’ll discover that many of the brands don’t have type II collagen and this is probably the most important type to consume if you’re looking for joint repair and maintenance. All these factors taken together mean that for me, DOUBLE WOOD COLLAGEN IS A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. I do not understand the negative reviews I saw claiming it doesn’t mix well and tastes weird. My experience is totally the opposite of this. Mixes great. No taste. HAS TYPE II COLLAGEN. Perfect. 5 stars. Thank you Doublewood.

I am mostly taking this supplement for joint health so it was important to me to find a collagen supplement with type II. I’ve been taking this along with a glucosamine chondroitin supplement and I have noticed a decrease in some of my joint pain.This powder does clump slightly in cold beverages, but I don’t mind it and almost expect it. I started putting it in my coffee and it dissolves completely. It is flavorless which is great and you can’t even tell it’s there in coffee.The price point is fantastic and I love that it has about 38 servings. Over all great product and I am very happy with it. I will continue to be a long term user.Edit: I’ve been taking this daily for a while now and I can absolutely tell a difference if I stop taking it for a few days or a week. My mom takes it now too and also says the same thing.

Dissolved easily, smells and tastes fine.
My skin was starting to lack something and knees and joints were reflecting my age, so I knew this was a sign I needed more collagen. I’ve used most of the product and just went back and ordered more for auto-delivery. Use it in my coffee every day, and now my coffee seems “naked” without it. Very nice product.

This better be working because itâs nasty as shish!!! You definitely have to mix with water or tart juice because this diabetes in a bottle will have you passed outâ¦pear my butt! This taste like a whole bottle of stevia. Itâs thick too!

While not exactly tasting great this seems to be helping me with my knees with long term cartilage damage. Pain and inflammation are greatly reduced and soft tissue seems to be showing improved healing. I’m hopeful it will continue. I will continue after this container. Hydrolized collagen is showing well in scientific testing so I have a degree of confidence. Doesn’t clump, mixes with water well and is just about palatable.
