I have been using these since i brought them. I love the individual packets, personal I can use the packets in 2 or3 times depending on how much I put in Stanley. They dissolves easily and has no taste so you can put in any drink.

I use collagen powder daily in my coffee, and I was curious to try these in this individual packets. This one has a few other ingredients than my usual one, such as an antioxidant blend and vitamins C and E. I wondered if it would have a particular taste or be different than my basically flavorless powder. I found that this powdered collagen has no flavor, and it also mixes into my coffee and smoothies and dissolves as well as my usual powder does. So, it has basically the same attributes with some added supplement value. It is also extra convenient to use, being in individual packets. No spoons necessary, and it’s easy to take along. The cost is a bit more than my bulk powder, as this Dr Foster brand is around $14-$15 currently for 30 packets, or a 1 month supply. So there are a few pros and just one con, in my opinion. YMMV, but I’d say this is worth a try.

Like so Much about this Collagen
I got this because I take collagen for the benefits it may possibly have for my skin health as well as my joints and internal organs too. Admittingly I started taking it well over 5 years ago mainly for my skin in my facial area but I am more than thankful that it doesn’t stop there possibly as far as benefits may go. The big problem with collagen imo is that surprisingly rather early in life we usually start making less of it and that decline just continues to increase. Collagen is one of the few ingredients we make less of starting in our late 20s usually. And seeing that it’s the primary component of skin you can see how that may play out. Thankfully it is thought we may be able to possibly offset that loss using good quality low molecular weight collagen supplements. Now right up front it’s a super slow process imo based on my experience but after years and years of it I am more than happy with what I have personally noticed. The seller page on this has done an outstanding job imo describing the possible benefits of all these ingredients and what they may possibly do. I take all of these ingredients already ( except Chlorella) basically for the reasons stated on this seller page. I actually use grape seed oil topically to possibly help tighten my facial skin and to aid it with it’s possible antioxidant activity it may have. As you can see there are many types of collagen utilized in this and the ones chosen are ones I prefer. I personally like using more Marine collagen (Type 1-Fish) for facial skin. And I like Poultry collagen (Type 2- Chicken) for joints. I like Bovine Collagen ( type 1 and 3) since some scientist think it resembles our natural collagen more so than others. And lastly I personally like Egg Shell collagen ( type 1-5-10) for my hair and nails as well as my bones. Eggshell and Marine are usually a bit pricey based on my experience. My one gripe with this product is we don’t know how much of each collagen is in this “Multi Collagen Complex”. They could all be equal or more of the cheaper kinds or perhaps more of the pricey ones. It doesn’t tell us specifically and I prefer knowing exactly. With my age I like around 15 grams daily so I’ll be adding more Marine collagen to this mix just to make sure Im getting enough of that. I think too that which helps collagen possibly do better is other ingredients to support it like Vitamin C which is in this and it folds collagen with its proteins from enzymes into a usable form. All of these ingredients in this to support are just spot on imo to really work with this collagen possibly. That’s why I take them as well as for my immunity health and other health aspects. Also what I really like is these packets that are perfect for travel imo. I have two trips coming up that are 7 days plus and that’s just too long with no collagen imo so these packets will work perfectly. As far as results go,, along with a good diet and exercise perhaps in three to 6 months you may notice improvements. Considering it took a long time to lose collagen to noticeable amounts same goes for possibly putting it back. Using everyday and even on your trips then eventually it starts possibly showing and it’s a great ‘Welcome Back ” imo. I did not see where this was third party ‘Lab’ tested but I saw it’s Dr. Foster brand ( which is what initially caught my eye with this) and I must say I think the Dr. Foster products are fabulous. I weighed this on my scale I use for powders and it came in at a little over 10 grams which is close enough to say as claimed imo. You can see my pic with the 50 gram test weight showing my scale is pretty accurate and I did tare the scooper weight out. This has no taste and dissolves great in my coffee.
