Very very disappointing!
I purchased mine and was so excited I sent 2 more as gifts. I use mine in my holistic healing office and it was a beautiful addition but it only worked twice now I just see the light no flames because it stopped diffusing the mist. I have cleaned it throughly, I use only DoTerra essential oils and distilled water. This was so beautiful and now itâs a waste of money and electricity so it is no longer used. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Worked great for 4 months started shutting off on its own, even after setting timer. And now it will not turn on. Like I said in headline cute but does not last long

Cool looking but one side no longer works after a month
I bought this for my office and everyone loved how it looked. However just over a month of using, one side no longer works. So the effect does not look as cool as it initially did when I bought it. I have clean it according to the guide by nothing occurs.

Hard to remove the top to add water
Nice when it works well. It doesn’t stay on long. Its hard to program. It is very difficult to get the top off in order to refill with water. I missed my window to return it.

It worked well for the first two weeks then the back came off and I canât plug it in or use it anymore! The one/off button and the plug in area came off and it basically fell apart! Now I canât use it and it was a waste of money as I use my diffusers daily and itâs such a disappointing item.

Its overall a good diffuser but it is a touch loud if you have it in your bedroom sounds like a small fan.Also, the “flame” effect really isn’t. Its more of colored smoke vs flames as the pictures show.
