I would size down as my pup is usually a medium from petsmart brand collars and the medium fits more like a petsmart large but very easy to adjust with a little space left if he gets chunkier during the winter.Originally bought it to use it as a Slinky costume piece but it’s a very durable, high quality looking collar so will more than likely use as his normal collar after Halloween. Not quite soft yet but seems like it’ll soften with time. He seems comfortable, easy release clasp.No reflection on it but the green itself is shiny once a light hits it, obviously I can’t say much for the other colors.Simple to use, easy to adjust
